I had been looking for a Ford pick up F100 for some time. I wanted it restored and as original as possible. Not interested in a hot rod or modifications. Give me something out of the 1950 brochure. There she was this beautiful green Pick Up 1950 with 3 speed stick on the floor, 6 cylinders, wooden bed and a perfect interior. The pictures looked great and the process was slightly less so. I could not get anyone to call me back. Forget emails....nothing till I finally got through on the phone and they took me serious. I'm not into celebrities so I didn't feel the need to talk with Wayne and the sales manager that helped me sure seemed fine but the follow up was slow. The pictures and the description over the phone left me comfortable enough to buy the truck without a visit. Negotiations were simple and the price was reduced by about 8%. Shipping was carefully orchestrated and the truck came to my business. From there she went to the Cape. Owning a business on the Cape, had me putting the business logo on the side and she was well received in the community. She was so tall in the cab I couldn't fit her in the garage. I spent the summer moving from here to there for garaging. She ran as expected. The restoration (not done by F40) was good to a point. They scrimped on stainless steel parts that rusted quickly in the ocean air. But already replaced. So why not 5 stars. Simply follow up. In my business...it's everything.

On top of that, he was very rude and dismissive on the phone when I asked basic questions about scheduling and the process. I wouldn't recommend doing business here unless you're comfortable paying upfront with no clear plan and dealing with poor customer service.

The service and workmanship at Dean's is horrible. This garage try's to sell you service that you…read moredon't need. The labor rate is very expensive. Recently learned from another dealership where my truck was towed, that the sparks plugs were "Hand Tight" at best. Dean's failed to reattached the wires to the plugs properly which caused more issues. I recommend NOT USING DEAN'S. Very disappointed with the damage and very expensive additional repairs needed because of their negligence.
