A youth speeding around a corner lost control and plowed his pick up into my property, slammed into a tree resulting in his rear end swinging into my veg garden fence. State PD contacted Untouchable for the tow. Inspecting the area I could not see how the truck could be extracted without further damage to my fence. That being said....... I have to give Kudo's to Matthew, the tow "guy" who showed up with a Untouchable flatbed. Matthew inspected the situation and after hooking up the pick up from a couple differnt areas, artfully first pull the vehicle away from the fence then rehook and pull it away from the tree and onto the flatbed. I cannot speak for any other services that Untouchable but as for towing service (specifically Matthew), I had a 5 star experience and would recommend the service. read more

My sons car broke down on Route 9 north on Labor day. The police called for the tow. I was charged over $340 for the mile or two tow to their garage. If that wasn't bad enough I was literally assaulted by his driver that night. I had asked the driver to get my pocketbook out of the car. He completely ignored me even though I asked very nicely 3 times. I needed my drivers license and credit cards. It is legally my car and I have a right to get the item out of it. I had to call the boss Charles who told me nicely yes I can get my item and to just follow the driver back to the shop. I did so and when I got out of the car the driver chucked my sons 50 pound backpack at me and it was so hard I woke up in pain the next few days. The pain went away so no permanent damage but when I tried to address this with the owner Charles he ignored my calls. Also why does he charge double when the State Police tow the car as opposed to when AAA tows it. I had to have AAA tow the car back to my house and of course they use Untouchable Towing. They charged AAA less than half of what he charged me with the State Police towing. Also he (Charles) uses a separate name of Nelcon towing when AAA does it. Encountered the owner of this place twice. First time he threatened to steal my car ... then threw my keys out of his window after I told him I needed a different tow. (Flatbed) second time I went to pick my car up from the impound ... saw my front end was damaged as well as where my license plate was ... he ripped it right out ... broke the bolts as well ... then when I told him about it he threatened me and harassed me and told me to get the fuck off his property as him and his rude wife and rude daughter (runs in the family) stood there filming me flipping me off claiming my car was already broke and called it trash. Also, all of the disrespectful and irrational comments the owner and his wife made were all in front of their young child who had to of been a toddler (class act). Most unprofessional business I've come across. Needs to be shut down before other people have more experiences like this. Update: after much back and forth with the owner, we were finally reimbursed $80 for the 'wait time' and clean-up service fees that were never provided. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ We didn't ask for this service, but after my teen-aged daughter was in an accident, the police officer called for a tow and this company responded. It was supposed to be a AAA tow and it was noted as such on the police report, but the driver never asked my daughter for her card or any other info. According to my daughter's phone records, he arrived at the scene at 7:44 A.M. He told her to take a picture of the car, then loaded it onto a flatbed. As he was leaving, my daughter asked where he was towing the car. He told her to take a picture of his truck door on which was printed 'Untouchable Towing' and the phone number. He got in the truck and started pulling out, just as I arrived at 7:52 A.M. I honked my horn to get him to stop, but he ignored me and drove away. I called the company several times, but each time was rudely told everyone was too busy to talk. When my daughter and I stopped by the shop to provide insurance info, the receptionist took it and promised the owner would call us within a half hour. He never did. The worst was when our garage mechanic came to pick up the car. Apparently, nothing was submitted to AAA and the owner wouldn't surrender the vehicle until a $183.71 bill was paid, charging for labor, mileage, and towing, as well as storage, clean-up services, and a wait time of 15 minutes for me, a "...no show". The bill also showed a service time of 8:15 A.M - 9:40 A.M, a full hour and 25 minutes. This was especially troubling, because the entire event took place between 7:25 A.M and 7:52 A.M. The tow truck was there for about 8 minutes of that time. Bottom line: If you decide to use these guys, be very careful! Document everything and scrutinize all transactions. I broke down near best buy on the Berlin turnpike on Monday July 28th at approximately 7 pm. I contacted untouchable towing for a tow and within 30 minutes the two truck driver Charles Marano was there. He towed my car back to his shop and the next day diagnosed my car having blown fuel pumps. The least honest towing company in the Middlesex country. Owner, Charles Marano, will charge you more than the state maximum for towing rates. His claim is he mistakes the weight of your vehicle to up charge on your tow. Once I was made aware of this, I confronted him, he saw that I had the evidence to prove he was wrong. Attempted at having me sight an agreement terms that entailed me not reporting this event to the DMV and to not post on social media. I refused to sign unless the correct amount was returned. This upset the owner and treated call his friend "the lieutenant of Middletown" to have my equipment inspected. None of which had anything to do with the towing. To add to this, multiple items were missing from the items he towed. Not to be trusted with your car. I can not stress how frustrating it is to deal with Untouchable towing. Attached is a photo of the agreement he attempt to have people sign to save him from legal proceedings. Let me tell you a story about Charles at Untouchable Towing, on a Sunday morning i was baiscally stranded in Middletown with a Jeep that would not start (I live about 45 miles away from there), I used my iphone to call local garages without any results. Charles returned my call after checking his messages and told me to have AAA tow it over to his shop. He proceeded to not only replace my starter but while it was up on the rack he showed me that my brakes were literly gone, metal to metal. ( I had told him that i was in town to pick up a Uhaul trailer) knowing that he also took the time out of his weekend to replace them. Folks he didnt know me at all and didnt have to take time away from his family to help me. He not only did that, but he could hav e charged me what ever he wanted and i couldnt have argued with him. The price he charged was way under what a dealership woiuld have charged on a normal work day.
