I asked for help was told somebody will be right there. Another 5 minutes a guy came walking in I guess he was in charge. Finally started my paperwork. No hello no how can I help just typed away. 10 minutes later I was signing the paperwork. I requested a truck with a ramp got one with a lift gate. The guy told me this was a brand new truck only 17,000 miles. The truck was filthy inside. Spilled coffee all over the place dirt everywhere and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The back of the truck was just as dirty. One bonus was an appliance dolly I didn't ask for was in there. I only needed the truck for an in town move so the mileage was low. I returned it after about 6 hours. The return process was a lot faster. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are desperate. Definitely not for a move that's not close by.

Arrivederci, bitches…read more When my business was in dire straits, and I needed a truck for the day at a reasonable rate, I came here. Half a dozen times, things went off without a hitch. And then they found a broken mirror on a truck I had previously rented. And they blamed me for it. And they immediately charged my card without even so much as a courtesy call to ask if I knew anything about the situation. I didn't. Of course, friendly business relationships morph into legal mumbo jumbo battles when people are interested in stealing other people's money. But when it's mine, you're going to fucking lose. Here's the smoking gun: I returned the truck at 9:35 AM. I brought the keys to the desk, they said: "It's okay, leave them there." AND I WALKED OUT. More than two hours later, I am magically charged Over $200 for a broken mirror I didn't break. Gee, It sat in your lot for two plus hours, unchecked... your busy, chaotic, junkyard lot. Of course they try to backpedal, pointing to all these documents I signed and no one ever reads. Actual quote from woman at R & M, "Oh, so if you don't read something and then sign it, are you going to give me your house?!" Profesh. $200... for a $50 mirror (eBay, it's a thing). I actually had to contact corporate, and they told me 5-10 business days for a response. Deeming this an absolutely unacceptable time frame for a fraudulent charge, they acted quicker, and refunded my account THE NEXT DAY, because R&M doesn't know how to follow Budget's own policies. As already proven, they only get rigorous and pissy here when they want things to be your fault. I wouldn't rent a screwdriver from here. They might try to charge you $80 for scratching it.

The yard size is quite decent with a variety of cars, trucks, and SUV's. I'd say there are probably 100-200 vehicles in there. The only problem is these so called "mechanics" that work in the place tell you they have the part you're looking, but when you get there they don't and you don't find that out until after you've paid an entrance fee into the yard. And it sucks even more if you had to drive several hours from another state just to get there to get ripped off =/ But it's a junk yard so I guess even the inventory system is a piece of junk Moral of the yelp: don't go to junk yards that are two, three states over just to waste your time and money. but for instate residents it's definitely worth a shot for the small fee
