In one instance a local dealership quoted us $1800 to repair the suspension on my wife's 2009 4Runner. These guys said most of the work that the dealership said was required was, in fact, not. They did what was needed for ~$700. About 60,000 miles later and it's running strong. Another time we had them replace the brake pads, rotors and calipers all around. The parking brake mechanism seized up in one of the rear wheels shortly thereafter which made the truck squeak rhythmically at speed. We took it back and they quickly repaired/replaced it for free.
