I gave four stars because there is always room for improvement. I needed to be shown how to order my ticket at the kiosk. A young lady showed me that, how to choose my seat and buy food. She then showed me where to put my card in to pay. After all o f that she explains how I would know my food was ready and showed me where to pick it up. When I found my seat there was a young girl sitting in it. She was there with her family. I did not ask her to move because the theater was not crowded. There were four or five children in their party one being a baby. They were so good and quiet during the movie! It was a wonderful experience and I feel confident going alone again read more

This was so last minute as a means to pass the time while getting my car serviced at Discount Tires across the way. I went to the first showing of the day, the movie began at 11:15am. I'd just eaten breakfast so I didn't order any food. Upon entering the theater, there was no window to purchase a ticket, I had to use the kiosk but I didn't have my wallet or my physical debit card so I had to purchase my ticket online. I ended up using Fandango, which included a $2.19 convenience fee. I was able to print the physical ticket on the kiosk and the attendant at the snack counter checked it and told me where my theater was. I was the only one in the theater. I sat dead center on the top row. The seat featured a side table, a cup holder and it reclined. A nice theater, the restroom was clean but the pipes were noisy. read more

Military Monday nights offer military/veterans $5 movie tickets; $5 popcorn and $5 large fountain drink. We watch all of the new releases on Monday nights and it's less crowded. read more

However if you do like a beer while watching a movie. Set your timer if you get a 24oz. Can't have two in an hour. Buuuuut if you bought two 16 ozs you are welcome back with open arms with no time frame. Somehow the math ain't mathing. Not only will they hold you to these policies. So disappointed with the staff at this location. A friend that I was seeing a movie with attempted to bring in a sealed water bottle required for her medical condition but was told by the ticket attendant that it would not be allowed in. After explaining her medical condition to the ticket attendant he called over a manager who allowed her through with the water. After this encounter we were then chased down by a different member of management who said she could not have the water as they do not allow any outside containers. This staff member was incredibly rude, dismissive and demeaning to my friend as she calmy explained to him that it is in fact illegal to deny reasonable accommodation for medical conditions under federal law. I sincerely hope this does not happen to any other guests with medical conditions - staff should be trained on the difference between "company policy" and what is actually in line with federal law. I do not see us returning to this theater. read more

I always have a good time . Everyone is nice and helpful. The parking is good, well lit and easy to find a parking spot. The drinks are good and I appreciate that they check ID really keeps bad customers away. They seem very professional like they like their job. The popcorn is always good new soda machine I can choose from a lot of different flavors. The games are nice but the arcade area is kind of small. My favorite theatre! I love the unlimited popcorn and drinks. The seats are by far the most comfortable compared to the other Santikos theatres. Recently went to see It Ends With Us and had a great experience. I've been going to this theatre since 2015 and it's remained a gem. read more

The staff is rude. The young guy with ponytail to be exact . I'm pregnant, was having a heat flash, felt like I was going to faint when I got there and he was bugging me to toss my water. You can not make someone no toss their water if they have a medical issue that's illegal. Then he was staring me down get the whole time when I chugged it. He is taking his little movie job way too seriously. Staring at people to make them uncomfortable is WEIRD. Also the women's restrooms were DISGUSTING during the whole movie showing. Not on the same level as the Santino's locations I'm used to going to (Santikos Palladium, Santikos Embassy Oaks). The exterior is very dingy...looks like it's a closed down relic from the 90's except for all of the cars parked in the lot. The inside lobby isn't any better. It's very small, making today's crowds (Barbie) feel downright crampt. Besides that, one of the Coke machines was broken and both of the Slurpee machines were closed. What gives, Santikos? read more

Welcome back Santikos. Catch them on weekends for now. They are still doing loyalty cards/program. Saw The Shortcut and Tenet. Tenet is definitely a must see and mind trip movie. Despite the length, it did not drag. Please go and support the movies - both showings I went to were nearly empty. There is plenty spacing available. Arrive a little early to deal with any COVID precaution or concession activity. And big pluses for very friendly staff. read more

FINALLY they updated this theater! Back in the day it was the shizzle but then got really rundown and nasty. The makeover brings it up to code, but to be honest the theater is still small and retains the 1970s vibe, mainly due to the low slung ceiling and smallish bathrooms. The parking lot is huge and real estate so valuable, it would have been better to tear it down and rebuild it on a modern (i.e big) scale. Oh well, at least they improved it. read more

This was a nice little movie theater for me!! It's not too many that are upgraded the way that they are. We went on a Saturday night so it was busy and the lines were moving kind of slow, but the guy in the front taking tickets kept us company with conversation. I've never seen a self serving popcorn machine so I was shocked and even more excited! Even though it's something small, I love that we were able to do that because I didn't have to feel like I was asking the worker too much since I'm doing it myself. It is kind of hard to put the butter on without spilling popcorn everywhere, but it was fine. The inside of the theater was a standard size. The place was full (We went to see the Quiet Place part 2) I love that due to COVID, they made sure to skip seats in between different guests. Made me feel safer and comfortable. I also like that the chairs recline and it even comes with a little tray to sit the food down. I'm sure a lot of places have this, but not to many of the ones I've been to so I appreciate the renovation. Theater was clean as any theater could be. Lol. I didn't feel as if it were dirty. As a long time customer, I was bummed to be denied the use of a Rewards Deal today. I provided the manager with the app. as well as pointed out the deal stated Now Available and did not have a start date. The manager told me the deal started tomorrow. I was very confused and walked away with not purchasing anything as there was no justification, but rather an excuse to not fulfilling the available deal. Makes me want to reconsider what theatres I spend my money at. read more

Straight stole my money. Bought tickets online to see alien and when we arrived they told us we couldn't see it because of our 6 month old child. The website did not offer this information and charged a convenience fee for both tickets. They offered a refund but refused to refund the fees. When asked about the policy they just said yeah that's it. Super inconvenient and I don't like that they took my money and had no refund in place for the fees. read more

I found my new Theater. This place is badass for the movies. We saw encanto here and we just happened to visit this location due to show time and I'm glad it worked out this way. I remember back in the day when the Galaxy and this theater was the absolute place to go! They used to have the Science Fiction Film Festival here! It used to have glamour, a sense of pride. The parking lot used to be bustling with cars and the noise of drunk film-goers. But now. It seems a bit deserted. The Annex where I saw Blood in Blood out and Trainspotting has become a fleeting memory, an afterthought in a city of more hipper spaces like the Alamo Drafthouse. It's like this theater never got the memo , "you gotta keep with the times!" In it's defense it does show movies that others don't, primarily films that represent the burgeoning Eastern cultures that live in that surrounding locale. Other than that, there is really nothing special or great about it. Like another reviewer alluded to this is basic kid's film fare. Smurfs movies and almost all things Pixar. Which means most movies, even adult films have patrons with screaming kids. But first the theater is designed like some Disney mouse maze. You have to go through creepy, corridors with sticky floors to get to the proper screen. The concession stand is ridiculous. Seems like a scene from some 80's movie but Spicoli is the one assisting you with your popcorn and $6.00 snickers that is a buck down at the EXXON down the block. The seating is horrendous! The chairs are bumpy. If you sit next to someone, and you will here you might as well be on the date with them. If you have issues with people getting in your Kool-Aid, may I suggest you forgo this place. In addition I wish Santikos, along with other theater franchises would adopt the whole no texting while a movie is showing, like The Alamo Drafthouse does. At this theater people's phones ring constantly and people looking up their Facebook accounts can be a tad annoying. Especially when someone takes a call right next to you and discretion is not part of their manners. But hey the theater sets the tone, we as patrons can only follow the given and unimplied rules. Came here with a friend to see "Cocaine bear" . Very older Santikos that I'm used too. Not bad experience but I could tell this place usually isn't the busiest before 1 pm. One thing that I feel is what's gonna keep me coming back is the limited choice of food to eat. While snacks and nachos are great and all they lacked what the other santikos had. They didn't have Meals to serve like the chicken strip meal or the burger meals that I've seen others offer. I'll let it slide it's an older movie theater location but they need to add more to the list. Nachos were ok but I wouldn't recommend the supreme ones . The meat taste funny and the cheese isn't the cheese I'm used to having on a nacho platter . Overall if you're an early bird movie goer I think this place would be fun. Eat before you go here though. A very polite young man took my tickets upon entering the building. At the snack counter, I paid for popcorn and a drink which dispensed at a self-serve counter. Wow! This theater was awesome. I was able to fill up my own popcorn at the self serve station which meant I got layers of butter just how I love it. I also was able To get my own drink with hundreds of choices! The seats seemed pretty new and there was a lot Of space to recline and enjoy! The screen and sound were great. read more

We went to see Little Women Christmas Day. The Theater looked clean for the most part. The Ladies restroom was another matter. I'll try not to be TMI but one of the stalls had used paper around the base of the toilet. You could tell it was used because of the color on it. I had a hard time finding one with toilet paper and the wet, dark hairs all over the floor were gross. This was after 9pm so I'm not sure when it was checked last. We liked the self serve Popcorn dispenser. Although by that time, all it had were tiny kernels. I love the recliner seats, they're so comfortable. I'd probably come back but not go to the restroom. read more

I really enjoy coming here, me and my family's go to theatre for new releases. Place is always clean and smells like movie theater popcorn like it should. My kids often ask to play at the small arcade before and after the movie, nice touch. Popcorn is always the best. I really love that they provide the boats to share the popcorn in, brownie points for that. read more

Great place to come see movies. It is not the fanciest of theaters. Actually it is almost always real dead here. It has everything you need drinks, popcorn, and snacks. Whenever we want to see something and it is too popular this is the place to come. Everyone is caught up on big theaters so there is always seating here. If you want to just come to the movies and not be worried about being over charged for atmosphere and high tech systems. This is a good place to do it at. You also won't be hurting your wallet or purse. read more

Kudos for the remodel! They didn't turn the building into a massive theater like a lot of the other santikos theaters, it's small and simple with great upgrades. Now they have a bar, self serve popcorn/soda/ticket station and all the seats recline. Each seat also has a little table that slides up to you, love it! read more

I love this theater, the location is convenient and the movie ticket prices are as well. There is the option to reserve seats for the movie theatre online and to purchase tickets at kiosks outside of the movie theatre.The renovations to the movie theatre are nice, I love that they have recliner seats for the movie theatre. The price for an adult movie ticket is $9.00 which is awesome. On the weekends between 4-6 p.m. it's $5 to watch a movie. There are plenty of places to park which is nice. I have enjoyed watching movies here for years and I look forward to watching more. read more

Yes it was very outdated and run-down, but the staff was great, the popcorn perfect, and it had a ton of charm. We went back today, the first time since the renovation, and all I can say is WOW!
