While we were there, we had an unpleasant experience with a woman named Tiffany, who I believe is a manager. She was extremely rude to me and my wife, and I also witnessed her yelling at other customers like they were children over something minor. They looked genuinely confused and embarrassed. After those customers left, she grabbed the beer bottles they had been drinking and slammed them into the trash can loudly. It's unfortunate because we really like this place, and we've had several good experiences there. But after what happened, I'm not going back until Tiffany is gone. The owners should know that, in my opinion, the way she treated customers is making an otherwise great bar look bad. I hope they address it, because I'd like to be able to come back.

They truly made the experience memorable, and I would highly recommend seeing them. Unfortunately, the venue was experiencing air conditioning issues during a Texas summer. Handing out small paper fans wasn't enough to keep the audience comfortable in the heat. Because I was trying to stay hydrated, I ended up missing a large portion of the concert with multiple restroom breaks. It's disappointing that attendees weren't notified of the air conditioning issue beforehand or given the opportunity to reschedule. Knowing the conditions in advance would have allowed guests to make an informed decision. I would absolutely recommend the Candlelight Concert series because the musicians are exceptional. However, I would encourage attending at a different venue where the audience can comfortably enjoy the performance from beginning to end.

Classic exterior, modern exterior and interior. I suggest coming for a classical music performance and when coming with a date, sit in the mezzanine. Great view and feels more intimate.

We sat in the mezzanine section however next time I would prefer to sit closer to the stage. While some of the ticket prices were on the high side, you can sign up for the newsletter to receive discounts on upcoming shows. The price of drinks was outrageous but sadly typical for a concert. I did not order food or beverages but be sure you view the menu / price list ahead of your visit. They need to label their lines better. I jumped in the shortest looking line, and found out that it was for coffee and not food. Oh well, the coffee was from a local coffee place. There was a band playing live music for the lines of people. There were all kinds of vendors out here pushing their products and giving away swag. Parking is a mob scene. I advise you to try to find a spot on the edges, so you don't get trapped in. Parking was absolute chaos, with people getting blocked in by people not knowing how to park.

This cinema doesnt treat you as a customer... they treat you like a product to sell advertising. We had to be at the airport at 4.... we couldnt see the movie and the comercials. It looks like they are mid-renovation. Much of the interior is either outdated or under construction. On the ground level there are a couple kiosks to purchase your ticket and a ticket taker employee before you get on the long and steep escalator. At the top of the escalator you have a hallway of theaters. There is a concessions area, but I had to ask an attendant at the top of the escalator where the concessions was. It was located on the other side of the wall (of the hallway). The concessions is fairly small in size, but they offer most all of the typical Regal treats The staff were helpful and professional. And it's not a bad movie going experience. I think I was just put off by the construction and the confusing layout. There wasn't a usable escalator to get back to ground level and I had to use an elevator (I only saw one), and this felt like a fire hazard, but there must have been stairs somewhere Some tips: Join regal rewards to earn points with every purchase. I am also a huge advocate of the Regal Unlimited Pass. If you're a frequent movie-goer like I am you can see virtually unlimited movies and you get a discount on concessions Cheers!
