U can use restaurant.com certs here and what I'm guessing is their sister location in horizon. I had the parrillada for one with Al pastor. Comes with about 12 oz of meat, 9 tortillas, baked potato, quarter avocado, radish, lime, cilantro, sauteed onions. If u can't tell, it is a ginormous feast for one. I loved the tortillas that were griddled in some kinda fat. and all the different little things it comes with. The one thing I wasn't crazy about was that the Al pastor was quite fatty. If it was chopped up I probably would t have minded but I will not take bites of pure fat lol. Don't forget to load up on the red sauce, guac sauce and extra onion and cilantro at the salsa bar. The parrilladas get better at the 2 and 4 person package so I'd come with a group next time. This seems like a place where locals come and enjoy a beer with their food, the music is very festive Mexican. Friendly service with competent English.

So to be honest I almost drove past because I thought this place was closed down! It just kind of looked like there was nobody here. But my wife insisted that it was open so I pulled around. Boy am I glad she was right! This is fantastic Mexican food. I'm not the ultimate judge but I don't think you could get any more authentic. I'm a huge fan of Pastor and I was not disappointed. Even though tortillas taste heavenly. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite restaurants to come to when visiting my hometown! The tacos are amazing and very authentic Mexican food. Love the salsa bar, they have everything you need for toppings.

Best cooks and servers in El Paso!!

Best hidden gem in El Paso Drive and Paisano. They make the food to order. The flautas, enchiladas and caldo de res are outstanding. Service is always friendly and they do their best to make sure you always have what you need to make your meal enjoyable. Don't let this place be another Covid Casualty.

Tacos al Carbon and Carne Asada entree is sure to please your taco pallet, topped with lime, avocado and cilantro and don't forget their hot salsa will have your tastebuds wanting more! Very good authentic Mexican food at Santa Cecilia Restaurant, 5500 El Paso Drive, El Paso, TX 79905. Currently owned by Serrato DeAguirre and Olga Beatriz. Jose Marcos, the manager/cashier even poured the Indio dark beer in my frozen beer mug. The chips came with three types of salsa: mild, spicy and very spicy. Hector, the cook, came with the perfect Caldo camaron con pescado. The serving size was good, the price was reasonable. Jose Marcos checked on my needs every ten minutes, as there were only five tables with customers at 9 P.M. Approximately forty to fifty vehicles will fit in the parking lot. Bonus points, Santa Cecilia Restaurant has storm doors on both sides of the building. A wheelchair will safely navigate the hallway toward the restroom. The restroom was clean, well lit, has the mandatory grab bars and is ADA compliant. The sound volume of the television needs to be toned downed a couple of levels. The tables and floors were clean. I did not find any old chewing gum stuck under my table. Service was fast. Jose and Hector projects a friendly and professional manner, and can maintain customer eye contact. Next time, I will bring my family, relatives and friends to eat at Santa Cecilia Restaurant. This hole-in-the-wall eatery is a gem. Suggestion: start accepting cryptocurrencies, like BitCoin, LiteCoin, Ethereum... for payment. Better yet, open a branch in the San Francisco Bay Area, in California. First time in El Paso, and I wanted to grab something on the way from the airport to the highway (heading up to New Mexico). Of course, Mexican was the way to go. I mean, you can practically see the border from here. And in fact, you CAN see Mexico from here. Without that whole pesky going to Juarez thing. It was lunchtime on a Sunday, and it was fairly quiet. The young lady who would be my server was absolutely wonderful. She recommended the tacos al pastor, which says it comes with six (!!), but said I could pretty much get any number I wanted. Four sounded good. Beef or pork? Why not two of each. No problem. A few minutes later and my food was up. Nothing fancy, but sure authentic (which is what I love). The beef ones were okay, nothing great. The pork was, as expected, the winner. Great flavor, minimal fat. Plenty of cilantro and avocado to enhance. The lime wedges were not great - dry and barely anything came out. I also got a real Coke from across the border. All of this was, I believe $10.50. I was satisfied and full, at a good price with great service.

I haven't been back in El Paso in years. Having grown up here, I missed the tacos al carbon from my young days. Just had some awesome tacos. A combo plate of carne asada and al pastor. They hit the spot and brought back great memories!

Great authentic street food even a better; Allen hit the nail on the head. I live in Phoenix, but I am in El Paso all the time. I noticed this place on the corner while driving through a neighborhood between Western Refining and the freeway. No one working there spoke English and I don't speak Spanish; As a result I did not get what I thought I ordered, but it was excellent anyway. If you are in the area it is worth visiting.

This place serves sad Mexican food. $9 for two very depressing burritos. You are basically buying a rolled up tortilla

I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? Without a doubt. This is more than just brunch--it's an experience.

I went in for brunch, and one place that absolutely deserves a visit is The Junction Brunch House. The restaurant is set inside a literal house, which gives it a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As for the food? Ay Dios mio! Outstanding. I ordered Big T's Texas Breakfast: two eggs any style, bacon, and pancakes or French toast. I chose scrambled eggs and pancakes. The presentation was impressive, looking more like something you'd expect at a high-end hotel restaurant. The eggs were folded neatly, omelet-style, into a triangle and cooked perfectly--flavorful and fluffy. The bacon was crispy yet juicy, just right. The pancakes were a four-stack, light and fluffy with a beautiful griddle finish. They came with butter mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon, and a side of and maple syrup, which took them to another level. Junction has locally made hot sauce on the table, and fair warning as both packed some serious heat and paired perfectly with the eggs. What really stood out was the attentive service. The staff checked in regularly, made sure I had everything I needed, and seemed to refill my coffee right on cue. While brunch alone makes it worth the trip, the menu offers much more than breakfast. I'm already looking forward to going back to try their lunch options. If you're in El Paso and craving a comfortable atmosphere with excellent food and service, this is a spot you shouldn't miss.

The food was absolutely amazing -- everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into both the menu and presentation. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and genuinely kind our server was throughout the evening. Even with how busy El Paso was that weekend, we never felt rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences of the trip. If I return to El Paso in the future, Neighbor Good Kitchen & Bar will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.

For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.
