Do you want it to be rotting out in the heat of the kitchen? I didn't think so. Anyway back to my own review. Delicious, well cooked food with LARGE portions for a cheap price. I'm happy about it. It's so hard to find quality, inexpensive food these days. Let me ask you this: could you cook something like this and in a big portion size on your own for 7 bucks? Heck, produce and asian condiments are pricey these days!!! What more can you ask for? My friend is a health inspector and he said he enjoys Sansei the most. This place is great for quick Asian food fix. I go here ever so often for my lunch break and it's a good solid and hearty meal to eat. Regardless of your choice of meat, everything is great! Shrimp is a little small...the sauce is what makes it all good! Not too salty but not bland either! Wish they had a bit more side options. The customer service is pretty good. A little engaging but not outstanding. Cooks are always a little snooty. Different cooks but always a slight condescending smirk...maybe it's just me feeling guilty for asking them for extra sauce to be poured over my plate. I don't really need the extra calories... 4 years ago, their food was amazing, but today I came and it's just not the same, there's this new kid they have cooking and well let's just say he doesn't really know how to cook fully because all my chicken was not fully cooked and had a rancid taste that hasn't even left my mouth, the rice was left cold, and as well as the noodles, they were undercooked and all and all just bad and kinda slimey, and they tried to cover it up by just adding extra teriyaki over it. I hope they can keep up like before but if they keep hiring kids who don't have experience behind the kitchen then I don't see a future for this establishment, at the end of it all I will not be returning again, ever. This place has a great selection of sushi rolls. Pricing is decent. Their salads are veryy good. I like that they offer a children's menu. Service is counter only, no table service. If you work in this mall you'll be able to pick up some food here and get out pretty quick. The vegetables provided are okay. Chicken has a high fat content. And the rice.. Well, is rice. My husband & I decided to get food here today. I got sushi & he got the chicken teriyaki plate. After beginning to eat he noticed there were black things in his food he took a piece out & it was a roach. THERE WERE ROACHES IN HIS FOOD! We demanded our money back but the manager (Fabiola Aguilar) refused to give it back & said she would only give us a new plate of food. She had the nerve to say it was a fly. I do not recall a fly having antennas. After that they continued to serve the food they had left instead of throwing it out & after the food was done they began to clean & shut down. The sushi was so cold & they did not have a variety of sushi as mentioned in another review. They only had California rolls & spicy tuna rolls that were kept in the fridge. Today just like every Saturday I came in for my favorite plate of teriyaki chicken... and as always I'm greeted with great customer services... But unfortunately today I felt very bad and upset to see a very disrespectful and rude customer speak very rudely to a very well known employee "Faby" ... to my understandings of the situation the customer had asked for a "udon soup" but came back a while later to change the soup for a plate of chicken teriyaki... but Faby VERY humbled tried to explain to her that the soup was already ready ... but the lady very aggressive and demanding ... or more so threaten Faby to put a Bad review on Yelp... it's sad and a disappointment to see such a nice and hard working lady have to put up with such rude and disrespectful customers...BUT as for myself an as well as Many other customers WE very much value such great customer service and delicious food...
