The wall to wall mirrors were replaced with 2 small black framed mirrors that swung on a nail...The shower door that was removed was left in the back patio for a month....The large counter top was angled toward the wall so all water would remain in the grout line......The tan tile was grouted with white and water was ozzing through and smelled like mold....I wrote many, many emails, and left voicemails, but all they replied is "they were getting a company to come to steam clean the tiles". I finally requested that the manager of SERVPRO go today (6 1/2 mos. after initial leak) , but he just left when my tenant had to go upstairs for a minute, so I couldn't even get an answer whether they were going to make repairs or not.
