The staff were very friendly, really great coffee and pastries - particularly the lemon bars. Everything looked amazing.

I have been bringing an elderly veteran to Sandy's Coffee Corner for over a year. I was never told this sweet man made a mess in bathroom or I would have been happy to clean it up!! This place is one of the last locally owned treasures that still exists. Every staff member I have ever encountered greeted me with a warm small and fantastic service. My personal favorites/suggestions would be to get a slice of zucchini bread or homemade pastries. You get spoiled with the quality here. My sister just moved to the area and I was doing some recon for her. I always love to scout out the nearest coffee spot in any location. I thought, how adorable, Sandy's Coffee Corner! I had to try it for myself. I went, ambitiously on a Sunday morning with my one year-old. It was adorable. I wasn't expecting there to be so much seating. There were a bunch of guys sitting there, having their coffee. You could tell they probably go there every day. They were asking me about my son and very friendly. The women working there (slightly less friendly), mentioned that they make their pastries in the house. They have muffins, donuts, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches as well as lunch items. I ordered a cup of coffee and six muffins for everyone at my sisters house. The muffins were good, fairly small, and the coffee was good, pretty mild. Overall, it's a cute place. They only accept cash. Parking is sparse in the small lot. It's conveniently located on the street corner in a pretty busy intersection. read more

Changing my fist review because my last experience was disturbing. The person working gave me stale doughnuts and prepared the sandwich I requested with bare hands and long nails. I threw the sandwich out when I arrived home. Their coffee is ok but it never is strong enough. It just left me feeling gross. read more

We went 2 visit a friend in area. Stopped by there for coffee cause we were early. Coffee was hot and fresh. Very nice clerk , friendly , helpful. Explained every item in detail so i would know whats in anything i didn't recognize. We ended up getting some muffins for home and some pineapple upside down cakes to take to our friends. This place has been here since the world's been turning, and I go here with my mom a lot. They have pretty good food, and I usually order a sandwich, with this really good chocolate milk brand that you can usually only find in Dunkin's. (Hood brand chocolate milk) Recently, though, I've gotten the coffee, and I am not disappointed by that, either. Staff isn't rude to us, so I have nothing wrong with them, or this place in general. With all the corona craze, we stopped there on the way home, from a well visit at the drs, to grab some donuts. My oldest is afraid and was wearing a mask throughout her sister's visit to be safe. After leaving the dr, she forgot to take the mask off (dr is on the same street). Well we pulled in, got out of the car and was greeted by "sandy" I believe who yanked the door and said she saw my daughter had a mask and we couldn't come in there. I said, she's not sick but we were just down the street at the doctors for a well visit. She looked at my daughter and shook her head no. My daughter was so upset, she went back to the car. My son and I walked in and immediately decided we would go elsewhere. The whole situation could have been handled better, I was very disappointed. I understand being protective but this was extremely unprofessional. I won't be taking my business there again. read more

This place is a hidden gem! The apple cinnamon sticks are to die for. I am not really a coffee drinker, but they do have a few flavors to choose from. I like sandy's bc it's not Dunkin' Donuts ! I wish they gave me more cream cheese for my bagel. I got a muffin I thought it was under cooked . THE COFFEE ROLLS! Some places go big, some places quality. sandy's does both! My boyfriend and I can split one of their delicious coffee rolls and both be stuffed. Of course, what we actually do is each get one and have the rest later for a snack. We've tried many of their different pastries and they have all been wonderful but it really is the coffee rolls that sweeten my dreams and wake me up with a craving. I'm the type of person who gives a few chances,, because you never know who might be having a bad day, or if something has gone wrong, or its just a chaotic day. But through my witness accounts at this establishment and hear say from what I assume are regulars, not everything is made fresh, a lot come frozen and are just baked with an added glaze or sugar, according to some patrons. If the racks are low on pastry, chances are the remaining pastry are stale, only the owners are allowed to discard of pastry, employees are told not too from what I witnessed at one point. I've heard from quite a few that owner, I would assume her name is Sandy, can be quite rude to employees as well as customers. Soups claim to be homemade, but big cans can be seen in the closet when its open. However there is no chowder in there, I can only guess it is actually made at their home and brought in, which I believe is a health code violation. I cant imagine what else goes on that is not known to the consumers. So buyer beware, even more so since it's cash only, and not modern day friendly. read more

This little coffee shop (it's next door to Tedeschi's) has FANTASTIC iced coffee. A large is only $2.50 and they have a good variety of flavors. The Chocolate Hawaiian Coconut is amazing. The flavors are listed on white board behind the counter and there's about 10 flavors. They also have homemade pastries, cookies, and muffins, and you can get breakfast too. read more

Sandy and the girls are sweethearts! Best coffee for miles. Home made baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, soup of the day ect.
