Friendly, helpful staff (even super early on a Sunday) and the donuts were seriously the best we've had in the area. We got glazed chocolate, toasted coconut, Boston cream, honey dip, and the sour cream donut. The toasted coconut and Boston cream were favorites. I initially ordered a sandwich and coffee but then went to order an additional bagel to take with me to a family member. Ordered the bagel and sat inside eating my sandwich while waiting for the bagel. Approx 15 mins passed and bagel was not there so I asked cashier who then asked, I believe, the owner to make the bagel as I had not yet received it. He said this is why you shouldn't come 30 mins after ordering and then visibly angry, slapped together another bagel. I was so taken aback by the angry attitude I did not know what to say. I feel bad for the employees who have to work with this owner as he appears to be an irritable and disrespectful person towards both customers and the employees. Unfortunate that a place that was once great to go to is now such a poor environment to be in.
