Tried a few different times and had also sent several emails requesting availability of the variety. Heard nothing at all. So called them up a week or so ago and the person answering the phone didn't have a clue about the product so I asked if the manager or if Len was around. He told me Len doesn't come in until noon so I left my name and number. Never heard back. This us not the only place in the US where I can buy coffee, even the overseas variety I was looking for. They don't seem to care about customer service.
