Iced Latte: The default Alchemy blend beans and whole milk tasted quite ordinary and didn't leave much of an impression. However, the portion was 16 ounces, which is larger than most coffee shops. The wait was so long and they clearly haven't figured out the balance between managing online and in person orders. An additional person is needed to simply take the orders in house. The person they had on deck this morning was frantically trying to take orders and move food from the kitchen to the online pick up area. Three people making drinks and still backed up making what should have been a relaxing morning tense and unpleasant. I want to be clear that every person I saw was doing their best to make things work and this is a systems issue. I like this place and I offer these comments to encourage them to look at their system and find ways to improve.
