We chose El Azteca based on the very positive Yelp reviews. As you can tell from my Star rating,…read moreour experience did not match those reviews. I We came here on a Sunday for lunch. When we arrived I saw that they were serving a buffet. I asked the person who seated us if we could order off the menu and he said yes. It's possible that our experience was largely due to not choosing the buffet. We were served chips and salsa soon after we were seated and our drink order was delivered quickly. We looked at the menus and waited to place our order. I saw the server take someone's order two booths away and walk past us. Then he served someone at the next booth and was walking past us again. I asked if we could place our order. My wife had the two item special with two chicken burritos. I had the large combination with a chimichanga. Both orders came with rice and beans. The rice and beans were the worst we've ever had. Tasteless. The chicken burritos had shredded chicken without seasoning of any kind. The beef chimichanga was similar. There was some taste because it was deep fried, but the meat itself had no seasoning. We won't be back.

Ok I have nothing to say about the tortilla quality which is really good…read more Much better than guerrero tortillas that was the brand that I used to buy but I stopped buying those tortillas Two reasons (1) quality was not that good. (2) many of the packages I bought came with 1 third of the package with the tortillas in 2 halfs Then I found el comal tortillas I tried them and I liked them I loved them But this is what I don't like I'M GETTING MY FREAKING TORTILLAS IN HALF!!!!! even in three or four pieces Come on, I'm paying full price for the freaking package so in exchange I want to get my tortillas in one piece not in several pieces My location is in san bernardino ca So I hope the company pays attention to this kind of issues so they don't start losing customers If this problem doesn't improve I'll start looking for another brand EH DICHO!!!!!!!!!!!
