The resort is camping trailer tent or cabins. Pool bar and restaurant bands play outside and its a fun crowd of ALL ages. I have nothing bad to say about this place it was perfect in every way the camp store has everything you need including cigarettes fun boozy booze beer liquor food ice everything it's the perfect place to go in the Dells but no kids waking you up in the morning screaming all day I highly recommend this place over the top highly recommend can't say enough about it. We stayed at the motel of the resort across the road but its all good!!

There's holes in the doors, weather strips to the front door missing with gaps big enough for mice! The layout is so bazaar, line when your 12 and have a sleep over and push everything together to build a fort! They say they renovated the whole place, but these rooms have clearly remained unchanged for decades. The beds themselves feel like blocks with basic training sheets and blankets. If you did not serve and therefore are unaware of how that feels...think dusty sandpaper. We are only here for two nights or I would dip and stay at literally any other motel. My favorite part was when we checked in and the "concierge" pleaded to us to just not break the furniture...that's not a good sign! This hotel is for you if plan to get wasted and use the room to crash...but my guess is it's a safe bet to leave the blacklights off!

There are 4 cottages all with the same layout. Each cottage has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a fireplace, full kitchen complete with a gas range. In the center of each, there is a one bedroom suite with a room exclusively for the hottub and a small kitchen. It is rented as either a two bedroom (either end of the cottage), three bedroom (an end and the center one bedroom), five bedroom (the entire cottage). It is a timeshare. It can be rented out. We have stayed there at least five times. It is peaceful there even with the construction going on. They recently renovated to make more modern.

I noticed on the website right away that sundara had construction going on. So when I called to reserve I asked right away exactly How the construction would affect our stay. They assured me that where we were going to be staying they wouldn't be working and that all the work was being done on the way opposite side of the resort. So I went Ahead and gladly paid $577 for my over night stay and couples massage. The room was awsome and the massages were great! But then to get woken up at 7:30am with loud banging literally right next door was frustrating. I think it's great your trying to imprOve and expand but then be honest with me and I would have waited to spend my $577 when the construction was over. My friend works construction everyday and took today (Monday) off of work to get away and relax with me and we dealt with it the whole time. Also I think it's pretty unsanitary to have the breakfast food literally NEXT to rooms that are being worked on. I could see dust coming from a room very close to wear all the fruit and other food was laying out.

There aren't pictures of the common area pools, etc. because phones are (which I love!). The pictures posted are from the spacious room WITH a true hot tub. With robes, slippers, and a never ending supply of plush towels, one couldn't be happier. The shower had multiple shower heads with a keypad to set which ones on/off, etc. The room could definitely accommodate 6-8 people due to the size. What a good girls' weekend idea! Room service food was They also offered yoga, coloring, quiet rooms, and many more areas to relax and decompress. The ONLY thing lacking was the massage. Unfortunately, it was so-so, which was disappointing since it was . It didn't start on time and was out before the "50" minute allotted time. I'd say the massage maybe lasted 35. The masseuse also started it off by saying she was having a stressful day All that said, I think the massage was a one off, and I'll definitely try a service again. 4/5

We enjoyed the bath ritual, the outdoor hot tub, and the indoor hot soak tub. The bath ritual hot tub could have been a little warmer. There were hardly any quiet spaces in the spa areas and no one enforced keeping spaces quiet and tranquil despite the signs everywhere. For such an expensive resort, there were some things that really surprised us. Most of the staff were friendly, but it wasn't the caliber of customer service we were expecting. Our room was just ok. We liked the high ceilings, the comfy sitting area, the bed, Kohler shower, and the fireplace. A light flickered next to the bed, preventing us from reading in bed because we had to keep it turned off. The bathroom didn't have nearly enough hooks for suits and robes. The bathroom felt tired and didn't seem very clean. There was even a plastic wrapper on the shower floor. The toilet paper quality was surprisingly poor. The magnifying mirror wouldn't stay in place, and the hairdryer barely worked. This was unacceptable at these prices per night. We had fun, but it was very expensive for the quality of the experience.

I love the QR code wristlet that acts as your room key and access key to the waterparks, it's brilliant really so you aren't losing the key all the time. I stayed in one of the hotel rooms, and it was very clean. A little sparse, but impeccably tidy and I was able to do work from my room. I spent mornings and lunch breaks lagoonside, and the water is amazing, zero chlorine. Can confirm the slides are wicked fun for kids of all ages, and I absolutely loved letting loose and running around on top of the inflatables. There's a gas station and restaurant right across the street too so if you need food or snacks there are options. Don't forget to bring a towel if you're enjoying the pool or the lagoon!

It's a cute set up but the cabins and treehouses have no bathrooms inside them . One needs to go outside to use the one stall bathrooms. They were dirty , smelly, and small, and the floors were often very wet. Our cabin had dark spots from all the bugs that have been killed . Flies and mosquitos were inside the cabin, it made it difficult to sleep at night. The beds sink in , the bunk bed mattress was too thin. My son son could feel the wood when he slept on it. The lagoon closes too soon , at 7pm. The inside pool and hot tub made our eyes sting from the strong chloride. The sauna was nice . If you are used to camping ..this might not be too bad. I prefer a room that has no bugs and a bathroom.

The room itself was large, which was nice, but the broken toilet seat was hard to overlook, that's something housekeeping should have caught and fixed before anyone checked in. They did offer to fix it or change our room promptly. The outdoor Waterpark felt very unregulated. The drop slide didn't have a bar to hold onto like every other slide of this type, and kids were allowed to stand right where riders came off the slides, which didn't feel safe. The outdoor bar in the sand wasn't open on a Thursday or Friday, which was disappointing. The arcade closes at 9, and after that there's basically nothing left for kids to do. The gym was AWFUL. It's three hotel rooms with a ripped out sink and dim lighting. The weight rack is an embarrassment. They had one set of 10lb dumbbells. The next lowest weight was 30lbs and it topped out at 50lbs. The zip-lining on the property is offered at $25 if you purchase it prior to check in. It costs $70 if you book afterwards. It felt like we were in another country - we had one guide for the 4 of us. She let my husband go on his own, my 11 year old followed. Then she zip-lined over leaving my daughter and myself to hopefully set ourselves up properly. There were times she was already ahead of me and not there to receive my daughter or myself when we zip lined across. Really increased my anxiety as a parent. Overall, it's a low‑budget version of a Great Wolf Lodge but they allow you to bring your pets with you.

I used my Silver VIP membership to exchange for a one bedroom unit. The unit was perfect. It had fireplace, a full kitchen, a roll out couch in the living room for me and a master suite that accommodated my son and his family. This is a perfect place for families! We were able to use all the attractions at the Wilderness Lodge as well as Wilderness Lake. My grandson is two years old. He LOVED the water parks! There were many for toddlers his age. His favorite was the wave pool. The whole resort is gigantic! It took us two days to figure out all the activities. They are free to timeshare owners. Among the activities are race cars, a movie attraction somewhat like Soaring at Disney, many water parks, slides, a lazy river, many jacuzzis, free water taxi and a horse drawn carriage ride to the canyon. Since the resort is oin the center of the Dells, there is no shortage of restaurants for dining. I was pleasantly surprised with the resort and the Dells. We definitely will return as long as my son lives in Chicago!
