Adults 21 over only that us the first big plus!! Clean rooms at the motel newly renovated old mom pop motel is very clean with big fridge microwave and coffee!! The resort is camping trailer tent or cabins. Pool bar and restaurant bands play outside and its a fun crowd of ALL ages. I have nothing bad to say about this place it was perfect in every way the camp store has everything you need including cigarettes fun boozy booze beer liquor food ice everything it's the perfect place to go in the Dells but no kids waking you up in the morning screaming all day I highly recommend this place over the top highly recommend can't say enough about it. We stayed at the motel of the resort across the road but its all good!! read more

The good reviews seem to be for the camp grounds...I cannot speak to that we stayed in the "motel". This place is like if your beat up garbage college apartment got handed back over to you. There's holes in the doors, weather strips to the front door missing with gaps big enough for mice! The layout is so bazaar, line when your 12 and have a sleep over and push everything together to build a fort! They say they renovated the whole place, but these rooms have clearly remained unchanged for decades. The beds themselves feel like blocks with basic training sheets and blankets. If you did not serve and therefore are unaware of how that feels...think dusty sandpaper. We are only here for two nights or I would dip and stay at literally any other motel. My favorite part was when we checked in and the "concierge" pleaded to us to just not break the furniture...that's not a good sign! This hotel is for you if plan to get wasted and use the room to crash...but my guess is it's a safe bet to leave the blacklights off! read more

So impressed! First off its kind of hard finding places were your pets are able to stay. And with that thought I did think that it was going to be a rundown cabin. In actuality is was quite the opposite. The cabins were definitely clean and stocked up with supplies. Although we did get a nice one with a loft, we ended up just sleeping on the pullout since we wanted to be near our pets. Three Chihuahuas definitely had a good time since I guess this is off season and the cabins were all empty. We purchased some wood for the fire pit but since it was a cooler night, we didn't want our dogs outside. We ended up walking them and just made a good night of it. The area is clean and very well kept. I am seriously impressed as this was our first time and the few places we did stay in the past, did have antiquated features of cabins. This cabin was seriously nice! The downtown area is about 3 miles away and it was convenient enough that I could take a ride and pick up some items for the few days we were staying there. This was also a convenience when you do forget items. Regardless, I think that its a plus to know that the downtown area is not far. I am highly recommending this spot, especially on off season. Today is October and I would do it again around this time. Ahhhh but I can imagine when it is warm out. Please note though that anyone under the age of 21 will not be allowed. I want everyone to know that this is one of the most awesome cabins I have ever stayed in! Its 5 star and everthing I could have hoped for and more. I loved it and was sure our family would come back here every year. Perfect! Everything I wanted. The first night we arrived we ate in the restarant. Fantastic service from just 1 lady on staff and we loved the food. So, why 3 stars? I don't feel safe here. Our 2 bundles of firewood, fire starter liquid,, $3.00 fire starters were stolen from outside our cabins while we went on a 2 hour hike. We put the wood outside cause it was blocking my hiking poles as it was loaded up in the van. Our 2 fire liquid lighter containers along with 2 plastic cheap lighters and one package of colorful elements to add to a fire were inside of a big blue plastic Sitka Seafood zip seal bag. Everything we had was stolen. I've camped for over 30 years and never had this happen, The only theft I've ever encountered was hungry racoon. This is a new low in camping. I won't come back here because anyone can pull in and steal your stuff. Whoever stole it was probsbly not a camper, just someone who could pull in and haul away whatever you left out. I felt so insesure here after that. I don't even want to leave our dog out unattended for more than 5 minutes. Its sad. This place needs security. I won't be back as awesome as it is. read more

This was a great place to stay. There where a lot of great features snd very few things I would like to see change. The great -Restrooms and shower house where spotless. Their showers are just like the ones at your home. After using several other camp ground showers theirs were Immaculate. -The staff, they were beyond helpful. They gave very descriptive directions to our site. They made the bigger rules very crystal clear. The store onsite had all you could need and more. They have all the camping necessities and a few fun things. -The spots were so well maintained. Didn't even have to adjust the camper side to side The okay -The pool itself is very nice. The water seemed clean but could definitely use a good screening just for the bugs and leaves. -We were not a fan that just anybody can use the pool. For us, we spent $200.00 & I would like to see more of a perk for customers. Considering you get the same perks as somebody that spends $10.00 in the bar. I would be happy with a little off at the bar or set hours for camp ground guests only. -The Saturday morning breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would just like a little better service. I ended up using a napkin to go for my second serving. Overall I would definitely recommend your campground to others especially if you are going for a bachelor or bachelorette party. It seemed that the strip club on site was a hit based on what we heard. Our only regret is not getting to say goodbye to our new friends Kim and Jim on the way out the morning we left! Had a nice weekend at edge o Dells This place is very close to the Dells activities but you never have to leave as there is a bar and restaurant here. Pool party is really fun Saturday with the DJ but then they switched to bands for Miller Polooza around 3pm & they sucked. The pool cleared out and the mood changed. We paid extra to be here for this??? Licking the last band ended up being good so the mood did go back to a party vibe in the evening but we stayed in cabin 1 which is next to the bar. You can gear the music clearly. The early bands were so bad we had to leave and go sit at our friends campsite. But this place is impeccable clean. The showers and bathrooms were the nest I have ever seen at a campground. Fun weekend. We would come back. read more

The only good thing about Edge O Dells is the bar. The servers and bartenders were on top of it, super pleasant, and quick (even though it was busy). The live entertainment was GREAT... great singer/guitar player... i'd see him again as long as it was SOMEWHERE ELSE Other than that... this "campground" (which is defined as a "luxury campground" is basically a dirt parking lot. No trees, no shade, there is trash overflowing, and it smells like it's been there a while. That smell flows through the whole place. The bathrooms/showers were semi- clean.. but i wouldn't guess that it has been really cleaned in months since there were cob webs all over the ceiling/walls. (oh and no paper towel or soap in the dispenser) (EWE) Multiple campers had dogs out running free (no collar, no lead, no tie out) that were causing issues and going to the bathroom all over with no one cleaning it up. They state they have WiFi (they do not except at the bar)... and the cell reception is terrible. While it is 21 and up, that's really the only other bonus.... read more

This is a great campground!! My bf and I come here every year twice a year!! This time we decided to try a different site instead of the full hook up section!! We were rite by the cabins and we became friends with the people behind us in the cabin and they told us we can have their fire wood when they leave on Sunday July 19th. My bf got yelled at by the maintenance worker for having his golf cart on the grass....lol We took pics of cars being on the grass. This was a big joke!! We met one of the owners Mr. Ken Roberts and his attitude was horrible, he is as arrogant as President Trump can be at times! NO JOKE!! He said he would comp us the most expensive night!! We everyone knows Friday and Saturday are the most expensive, well he comped us $35.87..What a joke...lol That night the maintenance worker stole our fire starter log and wood rite out of the fire pit!! I went into the office/store and asked if the workers are supposed to go onto a campsite where its being occupied and take wood and they said absolutely not!! I explained to them what had happened and they immediately said sorry and the older lady and the young girls were so apologetic!! They handled the situation a hell of alot better then Mr. Roberts did!! I have pics of vehicles being on the grass and a pic of the note I left in the fire pit the very next night. I just wish Mr. Roberts would have been alot more professional. Maybe he can take some lessons from the ladies in the office on Monday July 20th. I guess he hangs out at Chubbies all night looking at boobs all night and doesnt know how to really be professional at the campground. This entire situation should have never ever happened!! The maintenance worker should never ever say anything to any of the customers, they should go immediately to the management!! They should not touch anyones wood!!! PERIOD, THATS STEALING FROM A PAYING CUSTOMERS!! We wont be going back!! Maintenance steals and Mr. Ken Roberts is too arrogant to admit when his worker was 100% in the wrong!! read more

I will NEVER camp here again. We came with a group of women - just wanted to relax and hang out with friends. This place is NOT conducive to that. The best way to describe it is a HUGE frat party complete with strip club across the street. Yes, they advertise as 21 and older so we should have known. However, I didn't expect to feel unsafe at night. There were guys shining their lights in our tent after returning from the club across the street. They made comments, propositioned us, tried to put their heads between the fly and the tent while we were sleeping. I was so thankful that I had friends with me and I could yell out if needed. But hear me... I did NOT feel safe sleeping. The staff here is really friendly. The tent sites are SMALL and not at all private. The cabins look really nice and the grass around them is in really good shape. The grass at the tent sites - not so much. Lots of ant hills, bees, etc... The bathrooms and port-o-potties were clean and well-maintained. This place is PERFECT for groups of men. read more

Worst business I have ever worked with. I made a reservation on a Monday for my cousin's bachelor party. The next day he had to have emergency surgery to get a ruptured appendix removed. I called them back on Wednesday and they said they would not refund me my money. The manager Terry went off on me for 5 minutes because she said I did not read her deposit policy. Sorry Terry, but my cousin had emergency surgery. How do you feel taking money from someone who has no control over life? I would never do business with this crooked campground and would suggest you do not either. read more

This is a 21 year old + campground resort, and was perfect for a guys weekend camping trip. 11 of us stayed in their largest cabin, which had plenty of room for us to sleep, and still hang out inside all at once. Their AC was powerful, so despite it being 100 degrees the weekend we stayed, we were comfortable at night. There is only a mini fridge inside, and the staircase going up is a little dangerous, but overall the cabin itself was perfect. In addition to the cabin, there is a separate shower/bathroom building nearby. Since we had 11 guys, and only 1 bathroom inside the cabin, this definitely came in good use. We spent a few days at the pool which had music playing or a live DJ and was open long hours and into the night. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the pool, but it is connected to the bar area, and has a pool bar open on Saturdays. Drinks were more than reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Bar, and the food was above average bar food. No complaints at all. The camping ground is also walking distance to the strip club. We will definitely stay here again. read more

Stayed here for over a month in my camper. Loved the campground, bar and club across the street. Staff was very friendly and the pool was a lot of fun. I would have given his place Five Stars if it wasn't for the degenerate brother of the owner. The guy roams around like he owns the place, uses drugs, carries a firearm, is always drunk, dates a naive stripper from the club, acts like an outlaw (and he is a member of that biker gang). After seeing this winner bumming around it changed my feelings about this place. Probably won't go back but had fun while it lasted. My advice would be to keep the riff raft like this clown away from the customers and in a jail cell where he belongs. read more

this place was fantastic!! looking forward to our return! we spent a week here and had so much fun! the resort is top notch and the restaurant/bar is incredible! cheese curds are to die for.... my only concern was people that had dogs didn't keep them leashed. it was tough on those of us that abide by the campgrounds rules and are responsible dog owners. i think someone on the resort staff should be policing this. irresponsible owners just let their dogs roam and poop/pee all over the place. loose dogs are a nuisance. it's also a safety issue for those of us that have smaller dogs. when walking our dogs around the campground one evening, a couple of larger more aggressive dogs approached us as we quickly picked up our dogs to keep them from being attacked. regarding the pool area, it seemed anyone could use the pool...not just resort guests. i think there should be hours where they allow non-guest use, but i would think the priority would be for guest-use. read more

Stayed here this past weekend for my second time. The first time around we stayed in tents, but this time rented a cabin. The grounds are clean and well kept, so are the bathrooms and showers. Pool area is great, and love it during the summer when the outdoor bar is open and they have their Saturday pool parties. The bar and restaurant are also nice, and the food is actually pretty good. Overall the staff is also amazing and very helpful and friendly. The greatest thing I like though is the fact that during the spring, summer and fall months, this is a 21+ year old resort. I know the Dells caters to families, but it's nice to go to a resort where you don't have to worry about kids running all over the place. I will definitely be back next summer. read more

Camped here Memorial Day weekend. The facilities are very very clean. The quality of the two pools and hot tub, along with the outdoor/indoor restaurant & bar make it seem like a hotel more than a campground. Plus it's 21 and over. Very close to downtown. I will be back. read more

My brothers booked two of the premium plus rustic cabins for my bachelor party last weekend, and as I'd never been on the grounds before, I was a bit skeptical. I couldn't have been more wrong; from the moment we arrived on the grounds Friday evening, our group of 20 couldn't have been more welcomed by the EOD staff. To start with, our cabins were spotless. Not a speck of dirt to be found, and very nicely finished and equipped. Great first impression. Saturday we utilized the provided grills which looked brand new, then headed over to the pool area. On our way, we started a game of volleyball on one of the sand courts, and within a few minutes a number of other campers had joined us. Everyone was friendly and we all had a great time. Next up, the pool was definitely the highlight of the day. Great bartenders who were not only friendly but also quick and extremely efficient; drinks were phenomenal! Saturday evening we got pizzas from the resort restaurant and brought them back to the cabins, then called the prearranged Taxi service and headed to town for the rest of the night. Pizzas were excellent and the taxi was cheap and arrived very quickly. Our driver Lance was awesome!! All in all I wouldn't hesitate to come back here; in fact our group has already started talking about making this an annual 'guys weekend' as we had such a great time. Though it didn't directly affect us, I'll comment on the safety / security as a few others have commented (negatively) about it. A fight broke out across the road from our cabin. Two guys, drunk as skunks, about 2:00 in the morning. Could've happened at any bar, any place, and any other resort for that matter. Within a minute there was a security golf cart present, with staff pulling the two meat heads off one another. Never throughout the weekend did I see another remote instance of aggression, nor did I EVER feel unsafe. THANK YOU, EOD team, for making my bachelor party the best it could've been; we'll be back for sure! read more

When we attempted to check in. We were informed everybody in our Family had to be 21 or older. I informed them that I was not aware of this rule. Our one son is two (2) months away from 21. The young lady then showed me a document I had been e-mailed. Sure enough . On Pg 3 in small print near the bottom stated everyone had to be 21 or older. I of course informed her that I really had only read the first page. She informed us that she was cancelling our reservation and that we were responsible for the late cancellation fee. I tried to explain to her that we were not cancelling but that the Edge-O-Dells was cancelling us and it was an honest mistake. She would not budge. I happened to ask "So how many days would I have had to cancel with out incurring a fee"? She stated rather firmly "30 DAYS, Sir". I have never encountered such a strict cancellation period and we have traveled the world over. A little bit of Aloha would have went a long way with us. I hope the cancellation fee is worth all the bad reviews we have given y'all. read more

Stayed in the Premium Plus Cabin for the 4th of July. I was unsure what the cabin would really look like. It was perfect! Outside the cabin there is a firepit and grill, with a deck to sit out on with chairs. Inside the cabin it is updated with a flat screen TV, and a total of three air conditioners. There is a large table for your family and friends. This cabin came with three queen sofa beds. The kitchen area had a sink, microwave, and small fridge. The kitchen even had plates, glasses and silverware for your use. The bathroom was a nice size. There was two queen size bedrooms, just the perfect size. Everything is within walking in the resort, from the store, to the showers, to the pool. The pool had music playing with a nice size pool and hot tub. The bar and restaurant was an added plus. The drinks were perfect for the pool at night. We had a blast and can't wait to return for a stay! read more
