Our bedding felt damp, our towels never dried and getting out of the shower and getting dressed was nearly impossible. The water had very low pressure and smelled rotten. They have "free wi-fi" that was slower than snails. There was a lot of dirt and debris on the floor when we arrived like it wasn't cleaned properly. When we're spending over $300 a night, I would just expect a cleaner, more well maintained dwelling. The price is outrageous for what they provide.

There's holes in the doors, weather strips to the front door missing with gaps big enough for mice! The layout is so bazaar, line when your 12 and have a sleep over and push everything together to build a fort! They say they renovated the whole place, but these rooms have clearly remained unchanged for decades. The beds themselves feel like blocks with basic training sheets and blankets. If you did not serve and therefore are unaware of how that feels...think dusty sandpaper. We are only here for two nights or I would dip and stay at literally any other motel. My favorite part was when we checked in and the "concierge" pleaded to us to just not break the furniture...that's not a good sign! This hotel is for you if plan to get wasted and use the room to crash...but my guess is it's a safe bet to leave the blacklights off!

Everything seemed reasonably priced and enjoyable! The breakfast was good and around 8 bucks a plate. The ceramics ranged from 7-13 dollars each and are nice quality and pretty cool designs! The mini golf is $10 per person and the canoes/kayak rental was $5 per person for a whole hour! It would also be better if they included pictures of the sites online to avoid some confusion! Overall great and fun!

Full of rude people who will shout and blast music late into the night, keep their dogs off the leash, and park staff won't do anything about it. All of your neighbors will be blasted out of their mind by the time the sun goes down. One set of bathrooms outside of business hours a long way's walk from most of the park. Worst designed bathrooms I have ever used at a campground, and that includes locations that only had outhouses or where you had to pack in and pack out. Wet, plastic wrapped puny bundles of firewood on sale for 10$ a bundle. TEN DOLLARS. Theft. Oh, and I know what you're thinking, surely the highway 100 yards away has a privacy wall or gets quieter at night? No and no. Prepare for the ambient sound of big rigs speeding by around the clock.

Had it for 3 years, but noticed a change when Jill and Jimmy took over. The rates for the seasonal went up considerably, enough that we sold our unit. We still enjoy coming up her, but now we camp with our pull behind and rent a site. We do like all the amenities that the campground offers. We have not had the issues with the noisy campers some of the posters have had. we did years ago, when we camped in the lower area near the river, but now we camp in the meadows with full hook-up. We have met some wonderful people up here, and we will continue to camp here at least once or twice a year.

We are frequent campers & have been coming to this campground for over 8 years now & it's turning…read moreinto nothing but a poorly run dump. We come every year for an event in the dells because of its great location on the strip, but this will be our last year. Rewind to last year's event, we had problems with some of our neighbors being loud until about 6am, called the police, nothing was ever done. Then wake up to this same group fighting & being extremely disturbing in front of everyone & families. Finally got some management to come down to do something about it & they said "they are banned & not welcome back". Fast forward to this year, I called ahead of time to make sure there was some kind of control over situations like this happening again. I specifically talked to the manager & she said "if police are called, we don't care if it's 3am, they are going to pack up & leave." Well same group ended up coming back after being "banned", police got called from a different group & management just said "I talked to the women at the site & they said they will be better tonight". Like what? No control over anything & it's pretty much a free for all to party & be disturbing all night long. This campground also claims to be family friendly but it's far from. Huge glass shards all over their kids sandy playground, to the point I had to refuse to let my kids play or jump on the jumpy pillow. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING! Over flowing toilets, no hand soap, no paper towels. I would advise to stay FAR AWAY from this campground, especially if you have kids!
