Though I knew I would be working from home I asked them to contact me 20 minutes before they would be arriving. We scheduled a 9-11 am arrival time. They called at 8:35 and indicated they would arrive in 20 minutes. I went downstairs as my building requires me to let them in, plus needed to show them where to park. I went downstairs at 8:55 and they weren't there. In fact I waited downstairs until 9:30 and called the number they called me from and it went right to voicemail. Ok, left them a message that I was going back upstairs and to call when they were closer. I found out they were in traffic due to construction. I think they should have called to tell me that. It was a workday for me! Anyway they arrived and hardly spoke English and I don't speak much Spanish. Recommend to the company that they send someone who at least has some basic knowledge of the English language so its not hard to explain things to them. Trying to tell them where to park was like pulling teeth. I knew what to expect as after I purchased the Groupon I went to their website. i could see that they upcharged for many things. Ok, well, I opted not to get any of the extras as all i really needed was some vacuuming, dusting, and basic cleaning. The cleaning part was the only reason for the 2 stars as they actually did a pretty good job there.
