My daughter's nails look like she has legit dirt sealed underneath her clear acrylic. For some reason, the technician that she had refused to use a colored or tinted acrylic. It is very disappointing and I just cannot believe they sent her off like this. This was the last attempt. I I really dislike leaving reviews, but this one is very warranted.

I walked in as a walk-in and should've walked right back out. The person who did my nails looked like they had just come off the street--completely unprofessional appearance, not dressed appropriately for working in a business at all. I went in for a basic mani-pedi, and it turned into a complete nightmare. She started cutting my cuticles with no care at all--I was bleeding everywhere. It was painful and unsanitary. I'm honestly shocked I didn't end up with an infection. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. I talked to the owner about it, and she told me to come back and they'd fix it. So I made another appointment and came back out of my way--and then she says, "Oh no, we're just going to change the color, not actually fix anything." I was like, are you serious? I asked for a refund and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability. The owner is a rude, nasty woman with no respect for customers. This place is a total joke--dirty, careless, and completely unprofessional from top to bottom. Boycott this place. There are plenty of nail salons in the area that actually know what they're doing.
