Our rental was a second story unit with a balcony view of the ocean. We had a full kitchen, living room, 2 & 1/2 half bath and 2 bedrooms. Queen bed in the master was comfy- even if I was wishing for a king. The upstairs master bedroom also had a balcony with stunning views. We were right next to the pool too. This was a very comfortable stay and the location was fabulous. The one thing I will say they could do better- the house book had no mention of the beach access card. There is a locked gate for access and it needs a key card to get in and out. I had to ask another couple who was on their porch- they owned their unit and told me what to look for. I was lucky that it was on the bar, just inside the door. That was the only hiccup. We followed the check out instructions and took out our own trash, stripped the beds and put all used linens in the washer. Thank you to the rental agency for donating a stay to help a local cause! We were so happy to enjoy a weekend here.

It could get a little stuffy in the bedroom, but heat does rise. Loved the view and the overall comfort of the unit (A10). The unit needs some TLC. A refresh would help. The bathrooms had mold mildew in the shower and the toilets were old with worn seats. The upstairs sink drains very slowly. The shower water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was clean and fully furnished with everything you need to fix meals. A bonus was we found the coffee and coffee filters already provided along with salt, pepper, and a few other spices. The living room furniture look fairly new, except the recliner. The recliner needs the upholstery cleaned! It's heavily soiled with looks like body oil, sweat, and dirt. The dinette chair sears were also heavily soiled. The sliding glass door going out on the back balcony was very annoying. The screen slide was a pain to open and close. The vertical blinds had seen better days, with broken and missing slats. In summary, we would give the condos 4 stars for the grounds and the view, but the unit and parking could've been better. The owner of the unit we rented would be wise to fix the wood rot around the windows, replace the sliding glass door and screen, clean or replace the heavily soiled furniture, clean up the mold mildew in the showers, and just give a refresh to the paint. P.S. this is the first condo where I've had to pay a $100 cleaning fee and be required to wash the sheets and towels before leaving. The cost overall was okay. We got a fabulous view and the unit was comfortable overall.

I have teen aged kids who by their nature are very active and we find an abundance of things to do. Cindy is very knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to help and offer suggestions. If you are looking for a quite laid back family oriented place to stay this is it! I would recommend it to anyone coming to the St. Augustine area. Hey this review is from an outsider looking in perspective, I've never leased from this property…read morebut I have visited family that's stayed here for a week during their summer vacation. The property is gated for security at the parking lot entrance and at the walk on beach access (passcode required). This seems to be an older condominium complex but it looks to be well maintained, as you'd expect the entrance to each condo is accessible through a hallway, the ground floor unit hallway is a little dark during the daylight hours and each has a small patio with a sliding glass door. The interior of the units are a little dated but clean, the lighting is a little challenging in the kitchen being all the lights in that area are accent lighting with no ceiling fixtures the main living area is partially illuminated from large wraparound glass windows off the patio. The kitchen is furnished with a electric range and oven, a nice refrigerator and a stacked washer and dryer and wrapped with a counter with stools just off the dining area so in my opinion it's your typical vacation beachside rental nothing over the top luxurious but certainly meets the agenda for most families, which is to spend some time in Florida with close beach access and your in close proximity to the Ancient City of St. Augustine, I'd say if you're staying here life is pretty good...

Six weeks after I gave them a deposit to have my wedding reception at one of their resort properties, Celebrity Resorts filed for Chapter 13 and closed my wedding venue. After weeks of trying to get my refund back, I was told that it was being processed and I could expect it in 45 days. After 45 days I called again, and was told that I had been lied to, and that they did not know if I would get my money back. These people are the scum of the earth. I only plan to have one wedding in my lifetime, and they stole $1000 of my wedding budget. This happened to me, and to at least five other brides at this particular location. For the sake of solidarity, please do not patronize their establishment. If they are willing to ruin my wedding, they will be willing to make off with your money and ruin your vacation.

The condos are clean enough with everything you need, there's plenty of parking, the pool is big and enough, we used it when the weather allowed us. It's pretty quiet, so that's a plus. The landscape is nice, grounds pretty well maintained. There's a golf course on the property. They could use more lights on the property and in general, but that's an issue in the area in general.

He gave me an ultimatum to accept what would be his dual representation or get out of his listing property. Forcing potential buyers to sign three or even one month contract and refusing to show them the house if they try to negotiate the contract condition, which was my case, is a disservice to his client the seller and a very bad business practice in general.

On Jan. 31st, our day of check-in, they text "upon review it's been noticed that your final payment of $5999.50 is still outstanding...card declined. Our final payment was made on Jan. 2nd & cleared on our last statement. Cyndie couldn't even tell us which card because she was in the field. We dropped what we were doing and got a copy of our credit card statement and brought it to their office. They needed to make a copy of it. Not happy about that. Then we waited to hear from them...they're bad. -See Ray Shores 202 was not cleaned for us in 2022, 2023 and 2024. It was filthy. No problem, let the guest clean it. It had black mold in both showers. I cleaned all silverware, utensils, kitchen drawers & cupboards. There was a brush baster plastered in butter in the drawer, among other gross things. In 2025 I tried to address this issue and sent three emails to Cyndie. The last one offering to help the cleaners. No response. I called & Cyndie answered...said "we're working with the cleaners". Not reassuring. A few days before our check in I went to Endless Summer's office & spoke with Jaime, who in previous years told me the owners didn't leave in time for the cleaners....So they changed the sheets and called it a day. I asked her if she had looked at any of the phots I sent. Apparently not. When I told Jaime it needed to be cleaned this year, she said, 3 times, it's been clean but maybe "not up to your standards". She's right. Black mold in the shower, urine on the water closet floor, not vacuuming or moping, crumbs on counters, cockroaches...is not up to my standard. -No cable, no problem. Let the guest fix it. Let the guest wait days after they reported it. Then tell them you're going to have "Xfinity send a signal". I fixed both again in 2025, using an Xfinity widget, common sense and muscle to move a dresser that was 4" shorter than me, so I could access the cables. -no vacuum filters, no problem. Pretend you delivered the filters outside their door, then blame the guest when they aren't there. Then charge the guest's credit card, without their permission, for a 1 year supply of filters for the rental. There was so much back-and-forth we told them we would pay cash for them, but they decided charging our credit card without our permission was a better idea. I also suggested that they notify the owners that a package was missing outside of their rental. They could check their Ring video camera between Sunday, February 9th at 5 PM (when Cyndie claimed she dropped them off, without notice) through Monday 11:45 AM. Nope, they wouldn't do that for some obvious reason. -elevator out of service the last two years on the day we checked out. Had to carry 1 month's worth of luggage, etc. down two flights
