Our week stay here was amazing! The short walk over the brand new boardwalk out to the ocean each day was very convenient The beach was absolutely amazing and we also enjoyed the pool! The price for the week stay was fair read more
Hey this review is from an outsider looking in perspective, I've never leased from this property but I have visited family that's stayed here for a week during their summer vacation. The property is gated for security at the parking lot entrance and at the walk on beach access (passcode required).
This seems to be an older condominium complex but it looks to be well maintained, as you'd expect the entrance to each condo is accessible through a hallway, the ground floor unit hallway is a little dark during the daylight hours and each has a small patio with a sliding glass door. The interior of the units are a little dated but clean, the lighting is a little challenging in the kitchen being all the lights in that area are accent lighting with no ceiling fixtures the main living area is partially illuminated from large wraparound glass windows off the patio.
The kitchen is furnished with a electric range and oven, a nice refrigerator and a stacked washer and dryer and wrapped with a counter with stools just off the dining area so in my opinion it's your typical vacation beachside rental nothing over the top luxurious but certainly meets the agenda for most families, which is to spend some time in Florida with close beach access and your in close proximity to the Ancient City of St. Augustine, I'd say if you're staying here life is pretty good... read more
Building is very old. Our unit was nice however could have had a better equipped kitchen and linens.
The main reason I give this place a one star is because they allow construction to supposedly begin at 8 am and end at 5 pm. However during our vacation there was construction directly above us starting as early as 7 am. Made for an awful vacation. We get up all year long early to go to work ....part of a great vacation is being able to sleep in. But no such thing this vacation. read more
We stayed in #210. Clean, and an amazing view of the ocean. Just a short walk and we were right on the beach which is good since we have a baby :) Heated pool was nice and drive to historic St. Augustine was short. We will stay here again. My favorite thing about this condo was watching the sunrise from the king size bed!!!!! read more

My husband rented a condo here for my birthday because my family (parents) owned one here for 15 years and this is where I grew up. Coastal Realty, who handles the rentals, has been great HOWEVER The CAM Maria Martinez is terrible. The one and only pool has been closed for the past 4 days and it's not looking good for tomorrow either. There is a problem with the pool pump. In 2018 it does not take this long to take care of an issue like this especially during the height of summer and rental season. I don't know if it's Maria or the HOA Board. She keeps blaming the delay on her vendors. If you have a great relationship with your vendors they would never make you wait this long. When your'e only here for 6 days and only have use of the pool for one day, especially when you have an 8 yr old, it doesn't make for a great situation. Especially when they already have your money and don't care. It's a shame because I have many great memories growing up here but we will never return. read more
THE WORST HOA, and CONDOS on the island.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, you will absolutely HATE IT.
It is the WORST community we have ever lived in. The people are stuffy, nosy, shitty, rude, and many of them are just flat out liars, who will report you to the HOA for completely false BS. STAY AWAY from this place at all costs. read more
