After contacting the owner, we were fully refunded, but had nowhere to go. With a car full of groceries just purchased on the way in town, we reached out to Coastal Realty with a desperate cry for help. Patty's soothing, kind, and professional voice told us to come to her office, and she would find us a place to stay. She let us go visit a couple of places that were good options but not exactly what we were looking for. But she didn't stop there. She made a call to another C. R. associate who told us to come to her office. Already knowing our back story, she said she had the perfect place for us. She walked us into a recently remodeled condo that was gorgeous!! It was better than we could have imagined, especially considering it was 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. We are so thankful for the extra effort and professional treatment we received from 3 agents at Coastal Realty. They all went above and beyond their call of duty. Patty for getting the ball rolling, Peyton for getting us into a beautiful condo, and for Dee getting our WiFi issues resolved!! Not to mention the fact that we were a few steps away from the beach as well. The unit was also large, bright and sunny. It had a beautiful modern kitchen which opened to the living room which was wonderful. My husband & I spent mornings walking on the beach and on the days that we wanted to explore we would take a short drive to the Fort or the Lighthouse or the Historic District. We also had our choice of dozens of restaurants if we didn't feel like cooking. We will definitely be back!

We than asked for a new unit and were told we would have to pay another cleaning fee and they could not guarantee the new unit would not have the same problem. I would not stay at any property they handle if this is how the handle these situations.
