Trust us, look no further for your real estate needs. This young man will do whatever it takes to make the right deal at the right price. He is detailed orientated with over-the-top knowledge of the local real estate market. He is beyond driven to close the deal with great integrity. In our particular case, we were the sellers who had dealt with two previous realtors who told us all the great things they would do. To say it nicely, they were both full of shit. We could not wait for the listings to end with these other realtors, due to the false promises, lies, and pure laziness on their part. Their idea of service was to list on MLS and wait for the calls to come in. Enter the Realtor of the hour, Skyler. While at home in NY, we received a cold call voicemail from Skyler, seeking to sell our Fl condo. Knowing a little about marketing myself, I ignored the first and second voicemail to see how much effort he would put into getting me signed up. He went beyond and called my son's (same name as me) phone in Michigan a few weeks later, thinking it was me. After three contact tries, this told us Skyler was persistent. In our conversation, Skyler answered all of our concerns and three days later, we were listed. It needs to be mentioned here that due to our absence before the photo session and listing, Skyler and his wife did a deep cleaning of the unit. This included all windows and slider glass doors, which get quite messy from the ocean spray. He arranged to get all leftover furniture and items out of the unit before the closing date. Skyler will do whatever it takes to make your move stress-free. The entire sale was done remotely with ease. In closing, you should know that my last realtor suggested we drop our price in a hot market. Skyler had us a contract for above the asking price and $25,000 more than the last realtor listing, all in five days. We had a closing date in three weeks. Be careful in choosing your realtor. Selling from out of town, he promised that he would do everything. He did not notify my of the sale of the house. He did not notify me that he added a "price reduction of $25,000 price reduction EACH WEEK the home goes unsold" during the holiday season of November and December, which historically, there are no purchases of homes. Steve Thomas, Broker initially seemed helpful but was dismissive and unhelpful. However, six months after sale of the house, he did send the closing documents.
