As the other reviews say, no professional courtesy not taking responsibility for appliances broken and having leases that say you accept the rental "as is". Unethical, dishonest, and I have lived here 16 days. Believe the reviews. Does this look move in ready with a checklist that everything is working great?! It is now 83 degrees in the rental and the owner/Broker at Hover Girl said he is going to a wedding. He can't help. Update: The AC broke and spent the night in 87 degrees.
