She genuinely cared that I was comfortable with the whole home buying process. When I was confused she patiently explained; sometimes she had to explain repeatedly, lol. I honestly feel that she had my best interest at heart. Home buying is a very intense process but Shannon made it so painless and easy. She gave excellent recommendations but did not pressure me to go with anyone I was not comfortable with. I was kept up to date on the status of my home purchase and she was honest when an issue arose that unfortunately does sometimes happen when purchasing a home. I felt that she really cared that I was happy with my home. I will recommend Shannon to any one of my friends with the confidence that she will be as amazing to them as she was to me.

We had an open house for which I was advised as homeowner to not be present, and instead he was. I had a friend come by to see how it was going for me anonymously. He said the realtor was sitting at my kitchen table during the open house having a beer. Additionally, my friend (supposed potential buyer) was in the room when my next door neighbor came over and said he was thinking of buying the house for his sons (who also live there and are a problem.) David replies that the whole reason the sellers are leaving is because of how rowdy the sons are, in complete earshot of all potential buyers, which would drive anyone away from the sale. Also ignored some changes I requested to the online posting. Just an extremely unprofessional experience. Like I said, I can only speak to the experience I had with one of their realtors.
