I told her I was looking for a midsize family home and she took me to the north side she said because she thought I would like it better there because I'm Mexican. I thought that was weird so I asked her where the nicer places are at, and she said that I wasn't allowed to go where the nicer homes are at because I only make $200,000 a year. And she said I couldn't afford a nice home, and I should be happy on the northside because more people look like me out there. Long story short, I went with a different realtor because this realtor is not just a little bit racist, she is a proud racist. She even went on and on how she likes how the police beat up Black people in her town. Do not do business with her.

We were in the process of looking for a new home, while selling our current one. Let's just say that if my wife and I were to try and manage this process on our own (for sale by owner) - It would have been a TOTAL disaster, or worse, dealing with a Relator that is not responsive. Adding to the madness... The market is red hot which means if we viewed a home we liked. We had to place an offer ASAP and move quick. Unlike the experience we had a decade ago when we purchased our first home. Tina and her team did a phenomenal job with communication. Whether it be text, call or email - They were on it. My wife and I never had an issue with showings. She literally spent a whole day driving us to view all the listings to our heart's desire. That on it's own warrant's a 10 star. The most stressful part about this whole process is when our home hit the market and when the home we placed an offer on was accepted. Again - Tina and her team did a great job with communication and took care of most the leg work. Selling our home was a new experience and let's just say it worked out WAYYYY better than expected.
