So let me start this by saying, when I originally looked at one of Rebecca's properties for rent,…read moreit was listed about $100 cheaper, she then upped the price after I messaged her about it. I lived in her propertiy for 4 years, in those four years I was late (had a late fee) on my rent twice until the beginning of 2026, where I lost income and by march I was struggling to pay some bills, instead of putting either of us into a difficult financial situation, I told Rebecca the truth. "I had lost income and I don't want to cause financial strain to either of us, and since there was no current lease, I'd like to use the last months rent that I paid up front and this be my last month." She didn't respond. a few days later I got an email from her saying "she would need to come by and inspect the property, to provide a key and if no key was provided she would call a locksmith to change the locks". I said "Great, while you're there, could you look over everything and tell me what needs to be fixed in order to receive my deposit back" and she said she "wouldn't be able to inspect the property until it was completely empty". I then told her "I wouldn't be completely out by the day she was asking to come inspect, but things were being packed". I assumed since she said she couldn't inspect until it was empty, that she wasn't coming on the day she stated. When that day arrived, she messaged me saying her code wasn't working, and I told her "I didnt Think she was coming based on her email", I then gave her a code. I am a single mother and its summer, so with it being over 100 degrees with heat index, daily scattered showers, an open trailer and truck, and limited space, I ended up going over the time I expected to be out by. As this was happening I was keeping Rebecca updated. She then proceeded to talk about my background and how she's "learned so much about me from my public record" and basically trying to belittle me for something she should've checked 4 years ago if she was that concerned about it. Even tho I was voluntarily leaving, she still decided to file for eviction, and in my response to the court, "I requested til the end of the week (Aug 9th 2026) to remove the remainder of my things and surrender voluntarily", I texted Rebecca when I noticed it had passed midnight August 9th, notifying her that "I had vacated the property and that I didn't have keys to return as the lock was coded". She read the message, then responded then next morning. I then go Online to check the court status for the eviction case and realize at 7:10 this morning (7 hours and 6 minutes AFTER I notified her) stating that I had NOT vacated the property. Throughout my stay in one of her rentals, I saved her a ton of money of repairs, repaired the AC multiple times for free, cleaned the coil on the inside AC unit, never caused her any issues. Was upfront and honest with her, and yet she has been SO UNPROFESSIONAL. If you wanna have a realtor that acts like a teenager when she doesn't get "her way" then by all means, go with Rebecca.

She genuinely cared that I was comfortable with the whole home buying process. When I was confused she patiently explained; sometimes she had to explain repeatedly, lol. I honestly feel that she had my best interest at heart. Home buying is a very intense process but Shannon made it so painless and easy. She gave excellent recommendations but did not pressure me to go with anyone I was not comfortable with. I was kept up to date on the status of my home purchase and she was honest when an issue arose that unfortunately does sometimes happen when purchasing a home. I felt that she really cared that I was happy with my home. I will recommend Shannon to any one of my friends with the confidence that she will be as amazing to them as she was to me.

As first-time…read morehomebuyers from out of town, there was a lot of stuff that was entirely new to us, and Erin did a great job of walking us through everything we needed to do and when we need to have it done by. Further, as the type of person who likes to plan things out, and who can react poorly to unexpected negative events, Erin did a very good job of talking me off the ledge at times and explaining the various possible eventualities. Everything (document reviews and signings, etc.) was done electronically, with a minimum of fuss. Erin also recommended all the various inspectors and such required, who were all very good, and took responsibility for being at the house when needed. We unfortunately were dealing with sellers who made misrepresentations on some of their disclosures, as well as (in my opinion) at best incompetent and at worst dishonest seller-side agents (Watson Realty - be warned!). But Erin was helpful in advising us on how to make sure they lived up to their obligations, even when they were resistant or delaying in fulfilling their responsibilities. My one piece of advice (true in any case, I'd guess) is to understand that your realtor is a repeat player in the industry, and therefore will naturally be less aggressive than you want them to be -- don't feel like (as I did early on) you're being unreasonable when you want to take a harder line than your realtor advises at first, you're just protecting your investment. Erin was very good at presenting the full set of options. Highly recommend this group!

We had been assured that all was going well, so we proceeded to order the appraisal. When everything didn't go well, Bloom honoured their verbal promise and refunded us the appraisal price. While they didn't have control over the seller and the deal fell through, they did prove their integrity. 4 stars cause bummed, but 5 for an honorable broker.
