We truly believe they had our best interests at heart, and they worked really hard (even late at night) to ensure that we literally received everything we wanted. I had a bizarre schedule at the time, and both were extremely accommodating to seeing houses based on my schedule. Plus, I always had TONS of questions--which were never an issue for them! At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. Jeanie and Ann are incredibly honest and trustworthy, they moved quickly, were very flexible with our sometimes rigid schedules and preferences, are excellent and fast communicators, and worked tirelessly to successfully find us the right home. We cannot imagine how anyone will regret having them as real estate agents. We are so thankful we found them!!

They are smooth talkers and have done a lot of business in this town but when the foundation is built on lies...well need I say more. The other thing that I find very interesting is that they themselves don't own a home here. I checked the property records. When I meet them they were renting. They are obviously still renting just making a tidy profit selling. But not willing to really any skin in the game. The real estate industry here is full of the good olde boys and girls. If you try to sell your home without one of them they don't want to show it to a client (they tag team and only sell within their own groups) I had that happen when I asked about a home which was for sale by owner, he refused to show it to me. I reget I didn't pursue it on my own. Another thing that happens if one of their group is not interested your home might sit for a year. I was also told that homes could not be architecturally changed (which is not necessarily so). There is HARB part of the city you go talk with them about historic homes. But they knew that. Didn't share the info. I was told they asked the neighbors about purchasing additional square feet on their adjoining property (neighbors never had that conversation with anyone). The seller's relator never showed up even at closing. My relator had a friend who worked for the builder. I saaid I didn't Ike the reviews oof the builder. I was told not to worry. I was lied to. I could go on and on. My advice find a company in Jacksonville.
