Mat took the time to explain the different feed and helped me decide what was best for my old horse. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First time visit on 4-5-25…read more Spent about 30-45 minutes walking around looking at trees and shrubs. It wasn't too busy, maybe 20 customers all perusing the lot. Not once did an employee offer to help. One employee was not busy and actually walked in a circle around me then went over to help someone else thirty feet away. I then saw the same employee helping another person that just came in well after we did. Not a single employee greeted us. We were looking for specific items and had questions but were ignored. Although the inventory is quite good, we wound up going to another nursery in town and spent a few hundred dollars on shrubs and got amazing customer service. Looks like we won't be going back to Shooting Star Nursery ever again. First impressions are always lasting ones.
