Keep in mind that Rogue Feed is formulated and bagged locally, so buying it helps our local economy. Also, there is a nice selection of 'Made in the USA' goods, including boots. Mat took the time to explain the different feed and helped me decide what was best for my old horse. And then me loaded it up for me and by the time that was done the guy on the fork-lift, Dan or Din maybe, already had all my fencing supplies ready. But when they bring me less than I paid for and then tell me that they are absolutely sure they did it right no matter what I measure outside, we have a serious disagreement. Then I was told there's no way to measure it once they drop it. It could have settled. Excuse me? In one week it would've settled enough to lose a yard and a half? Math doesn't change. I believed it was an accident I still do. But to treat a customer like they were absolutely stupid and refuse to even come look is not who I want to do business with. So unfortunately, I will not be doing business with them anymore.

Be aware when buying plants from them. Your best choice is a local grower, Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, and others where you can see what you buying, some of them may have generous return policies. My experience: I purchased 4 different plants from them, while they all were kinda on the small side, and much more expensive than from local guys, they were salvageable. So I reached out to customer service and told them about the unhealthy plant. They said: no problem send it back, but they did not provide a shipping label. It's not that I did not just like the plant. the plant was unhealthy with fungus spots on them. i think buying from them locally should not be a problem as you can see what you buy, but stay away from ordering online.
