The super friendly gal who greeted me walked me down to the isle where the plumbing supplies were and ask what I was looking for, I was looking for a 1 1/4 threaded pvc cap, she pointed and told me I would find it in that general area, sure enough there it was , I thanked her for the outstanding service and she told me that that was just normal. Mat took the time to explain the different feed and helped me decide what was best for my old horse. And then me loaded it up for me and by the time that was done the guy on the fork-lift, Dan or Din maybe, already had all my fencing supplies ready.
