We have bought several beautiful hanging flowers baskets from them in the past, and were urged (last summer) to be sure to attend their flower basket classes in the spring. We'll, we attended the home show last weekend and who was there, but Jim from Four Seasons holding court with a basket class! He not only reminded me to register for the upcoming class, but he sent me on my way with the beautiful hanging basket of petunias that he had just made! I have purchased plants from Four Seasons for years, I have always enjoyed working with the staff, I appreciate their knowledge of plants and they are friendly which helps me :) this year I have been able to work with Tim more, he has been extremely helpful, he is confident in his experience of landscaping and has given a lot of attention and detail to the dreams for our yard! We found Four Seasons Nursery earlier this year and we won't go anywhere else. They're absolute best nursery we've ever found anywhere. If the wonderfully, personable employees don't know an answer to your question, the owner Tim will. His knowledge is absolutely amazing and his humble, sweet demeanor are pretty great too. Every plant/tree we bought from Four Seasons was in exceptional condition and ready to be planted - full of roots and life, not a small plant in an oversized/overpriced pot. We did a massive project and bought some 400 plants, trees, and shrubs from them ... so we had a lot of interaction with them. We have several other landscaping projects to do, and will FOR SURE buy everything from Four Seasons Nursery. Keep up the good work guys. read more

I ordered more than $100 worth of plant online from Four Seasons nursery. What a horrible experience! Such a scam! Plants arrived dried up and dead. 5-in-1 plum tree is just a twig with one tiny live grafted bud. Whatever plants survived were not the right type. I asked for a refund and they send a replacement which was in even worse shape than the original order. I sent everything back according to the return policy on their website (within 2 weeks of receiving the order with original shipping label attached). They flat out refused to give me a refund. On top of horrible customer service, they have quite an attitude. Money wasted. read more

Through the last 15 years four seasons Nursery have help me with my landscaping. all plants scrubs and trees that I purchased from them has been high quality their pricing is very fair. Tim has been very helpful in giving his free time to explain and give me knowledge and direction with any questions that I've had. My husband bought me four peonies from this establishment for Mother's Day. I love Peonies and have been wanting one for years. All four were labeled the name and color. We got four different colors. We came home grabbed the shovel some miracle grow garden soil and started digging. Two weeks passed as we anxiously waited for the buds to open and surprise us with their glory. They opened, all four are white. You can imagine my dissapointment. I called the owner to tell him about the problem. His response was," dig them up bring them back and exchange them. Well, that's good and fine but what about all our trouble and the gas it's going to cost, (We live in South Medford) and the replanting we have to do. Is it to much to ask for maybe one free plant for all the trouble? After all, this wasn't our fault. I failed to mention that we payed $30. for each plant. We went out to Home Depot today and found the same Peonies with numerous colors for $12.00. I bought a pretty soft pink and a hot pink. I will add these to the garden and the white one's will stay put. I now know to never shop at Four Season's again. read more

We had a very bad experience with the owner Tim! My daughter saw a pineapple guava plant at his business with the price tag of $24.99 and asked us to pick it up for her that same day. We drove a considerable distance to pick up her plant and two for our yard. We were also going to purchase some gardenias and daphne that the yard person had been showing us. We are new to Medford & are beginning to do alot of planting. When we asked for the 3 guavas to be loaded up she called Tim questioning the price on the plant ticket and Tim said he would not honor that price. It was wrong and it didn't matter that we were inconvenienced by the drive to his business. We politely told him we would be shopping somewhere else for all our landscaping needs and he said "GOOD". We will never go there again and neither will our daughter. She has lived here a very long time and there are MANY people that will hear about this business.
