This was my first trip to Diamond so when I walked in I was greeted and asked if they could help me. What a clean and friendly store, I was looking for plumbing parts for a project. The super friendly gal who greeted me walked me down to the isle where the plumbing supplies were and ask what I was looking for, I was looking for a 1 1/4 threaded pvc cap, she pointed and told me I would find it in that general area, sure enough there it was , I thanked her for the outstanding service and she told me that that was just normal. This store offered plants, building supplies, all the things that you would find at the big box stores , only they were focused on customer service. It paid off, I will be shopping here in the future when the need arises, highly recommended

Unfortunately I can't think of the other guy there that helped me, but HE TOO was so helpful. I've called and asked for will calls pulled and ready to pickup same day. Theyve provided assistance on several occasions to transport and load a few very heavy object in my pickup. I misplaced my receipt. they printed one up in a matter of a few minutes. unfortunately I must say this is not always my experience in home improvement stores. I won't hesitate to shop hear and enjoy their friendly staff and management

They first shipped one and a half inch rock they took that back then came back with the dirty gravel rock and dumped it before we saw it we went back to them to tell them it was wrong and to show him pictures of what we wanted he refused to look at the pictures we wanted them to take it back he stated the rock in the sample had smaller rocks in it it didn't it was clean three-quarter inch rock You can see in the picture my opinion is he needed to unload that huge amount of dirty rock he was very unprofessional if he was a gravel expert he could clearly see the rock we needed now we have to wash all of this muddy rock before we can add more three-quarter inch rock and after we wash it they'll be hardly any rock left it's mostly dirt !

Mat took the time to explain the different feed and helped me decide what was best for my old horse. And then me loaded it up for me and by the time that was done the guy on the fork-lift, Dan or Din maybe, already had all my fencing supplies ready.
