I've tried several florists in GP and Probst doesn't have the most welcoming shop but definitely the freshest flowers.

I ordered what I thought on the arrangement was supposed to be a medium full arrangement and instead, what was delivered to my grandma was not what I ordered! We are very happy with the customer service we got from this flower shop. It does seem the experiences here are either great or bad and ours was great. We ordered online and got a call from owner before our card was charged to explain what was or was not available and a unnecessary apology about being away from the shop for a personal event so they did not see order come in earlier in the day and delivery would be a little late. I could not be more pleased with my recent experience ordering flowers with Probst to mark my grandmother's 100th birthday. I live in Colorado and found myself in need of contacting the shop at the relative last minute. I placed the order online, hoping the staff could come through within one day -- on Valentine's Day of all days, a date when any floral shop might not have the time or resources to help. Well, did this crew come through! I called the next morning and learned that my order had been assembled first thing, and that the staff took seriously my request to have the flowers delivered by a specific time. I had noted that my grandma might take a moment to reach the door, and when she didn't answer, I received a phone call from the woman delivering the flowers asking whether it would be OK to leave them. And then she told me, in specific detail, where on the porch she had placed them, to ensure that they wouldn't be stolen. She told me the arrangement was beautiful, and it was: When relatives texted me a photo later that day, I saw flowers that exceeded my expectations. When I contacted my grandma, she told me she couldn't get over how beautiful they were. This POOR EXCUSE FOR A FLORAL BUSINESS sent a bouquet that was maybe 25% of the size it was supposed to. (See attached photo). Of course I sought a refund, or something to be done about this OBVIOUS THIEVERY. They had the nerve to send someone back out to retrieve the PITIFUL bouquet from my mom. Seriously. Smh. I don't know who taught you FOOLS how to run a business. What they should have done is brought out a new bouquet that had the amount of flowers like in the picture, the picture that they have access to as well, one would think. YET THEY CHOOSE TO SKIMP. Somebody sent us flowers which was very thoughtful and I am grateful. However they were already wilting when we got them. The roses looked like flowers that go on clearance at stores because they're about to die soon. If I paid money to send flowers to a friend for a special or sad occasion, I would not choose this floral shop. Also, the arrangement didn't look very professional in my opinion. If I could rate this placed a zero I sure would. Absolutely horrendous customer service! We received a $20 gift certificate from KLDR to this business so we thought we'd get flowers to put on our mothers graves. My wife went there today to get a bouquet. They kid behind the counter said that it was only good for a specific bouquet. When I asked if we could get one he said that since it was Mother's day weekend they were very low on flowers. I asked if we could just get some carnations and something else, even if it doesn't total $20. He said "No, it has to be a specific bouquet". When I asked for one he said "I guess I can make one". ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Then I see the lady in the back, who turned out to be the owner, start digging through the trash. Ya, DIGGING THROUGH THE TRASH! I ordered flowers from this flower shop for mother's day. It was a vase of mixed flowers. They delivered it to my mom a few days before the big day. My mom wasn't home at the time, but they brought it back after she got home. Mom told me Sunday when I called her to wish her a happy mother's day that the flowers were pretty. I talked to her this weekend and she said they were still looking good. The reason I gave it four stars was I thought the help on the phone could have been better. The choices for delivered flowers are overwhelming. Numerous online outlets, Amazon, Costco and local flower shops. Unsure of the quality of the online stores, I phoned this local shop and spoke with a lovely woman who helped me decide on a bouquet of the freshest flowers she just got in (lilies, roses and some small filler flowers in a vase) for a very reasonable price ($35 and no charge for delivery to the hospital). They were delivered today to my Grandma, who described them as simply gorgeous, the prettiest arrangement she has ever received (and she will be 85 years old next month). She was over the moon happy. I can't thank this shop enough for providing such excellent customer service over the phone and for making a quality arrangement for my sweet Granny. read more
