I asked for some peach, pink and white roses, and a spring bouquet. I requested tulips, which she said they didn't have. I thought it a bit odd because it is literally peak tulip season. Anyhow, this is what they sent. The only thing of value is the ONE star lily. The 5 pink carnations, sprig of daisy, and 3 peonies are not high value flower items. The rest is just filler material. I worked doing flower arrangements at a florist in my past, so I am aware of the price differences. When I called to ask why this is $100, Brittany tried to explain that this is worth that. I asked where are the roses? She didn't have an answer. Then she tried to tell me that the box is $25. Nope, it's not. I then told her that I did not request a box and then she said that a vase is also $25. Which it most absolutely is not. These come in bulk and are maybe $5 of the arrangement. Honestly, this florist did not do what we discussed. They did not make the arrangement that I requested, and used around $50 of flower material. I was so disappointed to not see a single rose. It's really unfortunate because I called the florist personally and did not use a service like FTD to avoid this exact situation.

Round vase, no hydrangeas, no fern leaves. It looks like they picked weeds from the roadside and threw them in water. It is NOT what we talked about. I've left a voice mail but didn't find out about the reality of the order until the shop was already closed. The website leaves no place to review or message them unless you sign up and order something online from them and I was unable to find them on a FB page. Won't use them again.

Now on day three, it is a pathetic site. The flowers are wilted and doing U turns. Others wilted before the blooms opened. I've called the phone number listed on your business card and have left three messages with no return call.
