I saw a few bad reviews for this Nursery, and felt compelled to write an honest review…read more I drive about 70 miles to this Nursery, the owner is personable, helpful and full of knowledge. He really cares about gardening and his customers. He has a vast knowledge of insecticides, fungicides and miticides. His expertise and experience are second to none on the west coast of the United States. Which is why I travel from California to purchase products from him...GLADLY. By the way he always carries the real non watered down products for pest control, and takes the time to do the math required for optimum results. You can call him back over and over, yet never loses his passion for helping you. Your money is well spent here and I wish there were more people in business who actually take their job serious, and like what they do. ...As Redwood Nursery does. If you're looking for somebody to hold your plants for an exuberant amount of time, possibly you need a plant storage facility and not a Nursery, I know of one located in Encinitas, California. But I believe they only store high dollar Orchids. Near Leucadia off ramp. (can see from freeway) So..if you want knowledge and experience shop here,..as you will never find this at a Lowes or Home Depot. I have 30 years experience in the Nursery Trade, as well as a very long standing member of the International Palm Society, South African Cycad Society, So. Cal Palm Society, Philodendron and Aroid Society, and Fern Society...to name a few. Hope this helps all............
