We came downtown to look for a store we always liked coming to that used to sell t-shirts and jam and cute girlie stuff but sadly we saw it was closed down and boarded up! So sad. Luckily the first store we checked out while walking around was this one, and it's absolutely lovely inside. Everything was so cute and beautifully displayed, the store smelled incredible, and the products were nicer than your typical made in China tchotchkes that I hate. My daughter immediately found some hand crafted soap and bought a few to gift me as well! There were lots of oil fragrances, clothes and cute stuffed animals, in addition to kitchen stuff and more. From great to disapointing......customer service :-( My first experience was really great; the staff was very helpful and engaging. I purchased Tarot cards for a new friend for Christmas but unfortunately, the situation changed and I didn't give the cards to this person. There is simply no one else in my world I could give these cards to so was hoping the store would take themback. Yes, it had been months and yes, the store has a return policy that only covers 30 days but come on......I was hoping to even just exchange for a candle but nope, no budging, no help. This store has many things that are up my alley but I will not go back, not when the owner can't even be a little amendable. read more

Greetings! Wanted to share my experience with shoppers. I have to say I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by not only an employee of the store but the actual owner. I went in looking for something and they did not say hello to me or ask me how I was doing and was I looking for something. They just talked to each other and ignored me. I took a look around. Nothing much to buy. Just a bunch of cheap, Chinese goods that you can get elsewhere for a quarter of the price. Shops need to understand that if you don't treat people kindly and warmly that they will tell others and refuse to shop there. That is what I'm going to do. I don't like rudeness and don't deserve to be ignored. read more

The selection is amazing unfortunately I will never shop there again after they made me and my daughter and brother feel completely uncomfortable. Being next to an ice cream and popcorn shop my kids came in with ice cream being seven and 12 years old they know how not to make a mess immediately we got dirty looks and then a lady raised her voice and pushed my daughter away from the clothes and made her stand in the hall while I continue to look. I tried to leave and she told me not to then when we did leave because we are still getting looks my sister was in the line and they left her there to check out and they stepped away from the check out to spread out and make everyone check to see if we got ice cream on anything mind you they don't have a sign on the door that says no food or drinks or we would have never stepped in until they finish their ice cream. They even told customers as they were panicking around. My sister, mom, and I won't be back. read more
