We had a beautiful 40 ft tree in the backyard. Unfortunately it grew crooked toward the house. After a bad storm several large branches broke off and hit the roof. We had to take it down. Arturo and his crew were amazing! The tree was taken down and not one leaf hit our roof, fence or deck! Prompt, professional and skilled. The entire job took a bit less than an hour. I sent a request through Yelp and Arturo answered right away, came out a few hours later, and gave me an estimate cheaper than others who also came. Then there was a problem getting a hold of him via either email or phone; he finally called back and said there was a problem with his phone. I asked Arturo to take a look at a problem tree at a house in Austin. It was right next to a fence in a narrow passageway between the fence and the house. It had branches extending over both the roof of my house and the roof of the house next door. The tree had died and was beginning to drop large branches so it had to be removed. Plus, the tree was only a few feet away from the air conditioning unit. So, I was worried that either of the houses or the AC unit could be damaged in taking the tree down. He trimmed the trees around our lake property for us which was tricky! There are trees growing up from the side of a cliff that were blocking our lake view so Arturo managed to trim these trees perfectly all while sending me photos of the work in progress!!! I didn't even have to be out there! It was awesome!! The icing on the cake was his servant attitude and friendliness!!
