He came out to provide a quote (which we found reasonable) and was able to schedule the job just a couple days later. On the day of, Jose was on site the entire time, which we really appreciated. It's rare to have the same person who gave the quote also be there during the actual work, and it made communication smooth and clear. Luis is my guy. He did tree trimming for a neighbor and we also needed to clean up some trees, removal of bushes etc. him and his guys immediately came over and started. He responds quickly, very sincere, friendly, reasonable and knowledgeable. Since then, we have used only Rivera after the ice storms we had. Luckily I was ahead of the game so he came out as soon as he could and as always, did an A+ job. Luis and his company is the only tree service I use. José was in our neighborhood, so I asked him for a quote, and not only was he able to get us a fantastic price, but he and his amazing team got everything trimmed removed, and cleaned up in less than two hours. That included two large trees in our front yard, one on our side yard that was touching the roof, two tree removals from the back yard, trimming of three backyard trees, and trimming back branches from two neighbor trees so that if they were to fall down, they would fall away from our house. Mr. Rivera came by the house to give me a quote on a cedar tree removal. At 1pm, he showed up with his crew. And by 4pm they had cut my 50 ft cedar tree!
