Well I think it's a HUGE value for the time and effort I put into my lawn. Evan was fantastic and professional in his communication. The team mowed, weed eated, and edged my lawn. It hasn't looked this good in years!! I finally feel like I'm representing my neighborhood in a positive way rather than on of those neighbors that has the overgrown grass. Thanks Evan and team!

I apologize for the inconvenience, but we will have to discontinue your residential service at the end of this month. This was an unforeseen circumstance, and I am truly sorry. Thank you for your business and again I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience." This was sent 3 weeks after my last cut, they couldn't even give me a heads up.

Not impressed so far. It took weeks to get the original quote for the landscaping work…read more Have used them for about a year now & they keep billing me for work that I have already paid for and sent screenshots to prove payment. Not really sure why every billing cycle for the last 5 months has been incorrect. Have asked for corrected invoices multiple times and they just don't care enough to correct them. Service is meh. Not any worse than any other mowing service, but for the premium price they charge and the billing aggravation, it should be better than average. They have also left my gate wide open after leaving, so my dogs aren't safe. I will probably end up finding another mowing service if I get one more incorrect invoice.

My backyard was an eyesore. The grass was thin and bald patches are visible where they don't get…read moremuch sun during the summer but yet I still need to mow it. There's also some area that gets too much rain (drainage issue) and the grass is dead because of it and soil got washed away. I reached out to Adrian and before you know it, the crew has transformed my backyard into zero grass space in a matter of days and now I actually like spending time in my backyard. His estimate is reasonable and he is very responsive to questions and changes that I had along the way. His crew always on time each morning and they clean up before they leave each day which is a nice surprise. The project was completed earlier than planned which really made my day! If you plan to do something with your yard this summer, don't think twice. I highly recommend Twins landscaping to do the job, you won't be disappointed. Check out my before and after pictures!

He and his crew removed the tree quickly and professionally, disentangling it from the power lines it had grown into with expert skill and care, and bringing it down safely and without harming anything or anyone. The tree was gone by early afternoon, and as sad as I am to lose it, I'm happy that I hired Joe and his crew to take care of it; they did an excellent job all around!

They promptly came to the property at our originally agreed time. Something that I found is harder and harder with contractors now. They spent a ton of time to figure out a solution to run a system from my cistern - a much more involved process than I expected. I thought it would be simple but didn't realize a pump was needed. Their pricing was also very competitive with other companies but what set them apart was their personal touch.

I just finished working with Kevin Wood Landscapes on a new house that included a pool with a…read moreconcrete deck, all around landscaping and grass, raised vegetable garden beds, and a fruit orchard and I had the most pleasant experience ever! I was originally impressed by their online portfolio and was not disappointed! From the beginning, I felt like I got their full attention in the planning, budgeting, and especially the construction process. I was fully aware the entire time of the schedule, costs, and any upgrades I requested was fully documented. Everyone I worked with (Ben, Manny, Aaron, Taymn, and Andrea) was super friendly and always available if I had any questions. They would responded back to me in a timely manner so I was never left in the dark. I never felt pressured to do any unnecessary upgrades or additions. They always recommended what they thought was best and left it for me to decide. They worked well with my builder to finish everything on time and respected the neighbors around me (my neighbor even asked for their info after seeing the great job they did my property). My designer also remarked that they look like they actually enjoy doing their work and that is a great trait to have in a contractor! One thing I really enjoyed about KWL was the amount of details (large and small) they put into everything. I trusted their judgment throughout the process and was always pleasantly surprised when they showed me new and innovative decisions they made! After the project's completion, Ben and Manny came out several times to check on the property to make sure everything was thriving and to educate me on how to operate the systems they put in place. I will definitely return to them for phase 2 of my landscaping and highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their house or start a new project!

There have been drainage issues in both the front and back yards, and Michael and Bernie were very thoughtful about their proposed solutions. All of the hardscape is done, and the trees are planted. The crew of workers is also great. They make sure the dogs have time to go in the back yard, and they make sure the gates are closed. It's clear this company cares about communication and customer service, which are very high priority to me.
