Then I went to turn on my sprinklers so they would have some water while I waited and found my sprinkler control panel was a mess and resetting it didn't fix the problem. I told On The Spot Sprinkler Repair about this and they recommended I got an inexpensive replacement sprinkler control system from Amazon which then arrived the same day. I told the repair service that I was now in a bit of a rush since I went from maintenance needs to a completely broken system, and they squeezed me in the next day which was EXTREMELY nice of them! Oh, and it turns out that my sprinklers were fine after the winter, I just had a busted control system -- perhaps from an electrical surge so I am now protecting the system with a UPS/surge protector setup. (I had an old UPS that I was going to throw away but it had plenty of juice left in it for such a little control system.) All communications with them were very fast and professional and On The Spot Sprinkler Repair was very knowledgeable which is not always the case with repair people.

We ended up having to re-roof the patio they built after less than 3 months because of the wrong pitch angle and constant leaks (we had another contractor come fix the errors) and have someone help us realign a lot of the walk way/landscaping that was haphazardly laid down. The first few days of work went well, but after that scheduling and communication became spotty from them, they had to redo some parts that were not well planned out, and ultimately parts of the work never got completed before they moved on to bigger jobs (but they had been paid).
