Sergio does not answer calls, texts, or emails. I paid him $80 through Zelle for services in April,…read morewhich he did not show up for. Even before April, I would sometimes send him money for 2 mows and he would only show up once. When I asked him about it, he said it was dry and the lawn didn't need to be mowed. Fair enough, but he was more than happy to take the money for 2 services while only providing one, and didn't give me a refund. I have tried to get in touch multiple times, with no response. I've never experienced worse communication from a business owner. Do not hire this company unless you want to be ghosted. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

His crew does not speak English to communicate problems with their service. Sergio is non responsive, but accepts payment like nothing is wrong. I SENT THE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE TO SERGIO, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES OR COMMUNICATION OF PLAN TO FIX SAID DAMAGE.

I recently moved to a new rental townhome, and there were some repairs needed upon move-in. My…read morelandlord hired Carlos to coordinate and complete the repairs, and he was great. He is really innovative and could help a fix a number of problems that I could imagine needing multiple repair people to come address. For example, he was able to help with replacing a bathroom vent (which included electrical), closet door system, kitchen drawers, and more. He did have to make a few trips to the hardware store for some repairs (the landlord added a few repairs too as we went), but he always was able to come back that day or reschedule the updates when it worked for both of us. Carlos was very friendly, wore his mask so I felt safe with COVID-19, and we were able to speak in both English and Spanish. He even helped us with a small repair on our own bookshelf. I would highly recommend Carlos for all your needs. He will figure out a fix, even if it is not his main expertise!

I wouldn't normally post about a bid, but this was so high I thought it was necessary. He was pleasant on the phone.i had to remind him to send the bid.

Under no circumstances should you use this company; it is a 100% scam…read more I had him come out and give me an estimate on post tree "icepocolipse" clean up. He seemed reliable, and gave a reasonable estimate. His saw broke after cutting one branch, and he said he would give me a discount off the total. He asked for half up front, which I paid. Then, he said he needed another $100 to rent a UHaul, which I paid. He kept putting off the return week after week, until finally, he stopped responding all together. My hope is that you heed this warning, and it costs him at least as much as it's cost me so far!

Mr. Martinez is an honest and straightforward person…read more He fixed a drywall for us and charged very very reasonably, I actually was compelled to pay him a bit more than he charged, since the other "professionals" asked gave me an estimate 10x more (seriously!, they said they need to repaint the whole wall !!!). Mr. Martinez did a perfect job, patched the hole, matched the texture and painted perfectly, the difference can not be seen with the rest of the wall. The job was done quick and clean. All in all highly recommended.

Robert is amazing and his prices can't be beat. He was able to make new kitchen cabinet doors and refinish the cabinet bodies, which would have cost me thousands of dollars to replace. He patiently worked with me and helped me select the materials (flooring, shower tile, fixtures, paint, vanities, blinds, siding, doors, etc) for every aspect my renovation. A small list of things that Robert completed: remove old tile and carpet, install tile, install baseboards, repair drywall, paint walls/ceiling/trim/doors, install new bathtub, raise shower head, tile shower, install bathroom vanities, replaced a broken window, install light fixtures and ceiling fans, update outlets and switches, install range and range hood, make new kitchen cabinet doors, refinish and paint kitchen cabinets, install blinds, cut down trees, trim overgrown bushes, replace siding, paint entire house exterior. There was nothing in the entire renovation that Robert could not do. I would not hesitate to hire him for any home improvement or repair work. I already have referred him to several of my friends and they are also amazed at the quality of work and how reasonable is prices are. Thank you Robert and Ruthie for the incredible job you did on my house and all the money you saved me.
