When we began talking about the tint, he also said now that he sees the car in person he has to charge $1300. That is $500 more than what he quoted online. But somehow, now he didn't know anything about the number of windows or my car... he did when we were talking about the stereo. I was excited to drop off my car and he knew it. This is what we call BAIT AND SWITCH. I know it's a classic car, but it seems like he and everyone else wants to rip me off. I left a shop, extremely disappointed and with heartache.

After a lot of Yelp research, I found Escondido Auto Tech. I brought my vehicles for a smog and got great service each time. Found them easy to work with too. Next, I brought in my car for maintenance and a list of repairs and items to check on. Let me not bore with the mundane details, just know: -they took good care of the car, addressing every item on my list. -Frank, the service manager, took the time to discuss the list of repairs with me and explained what they would do-to make sure we were on the same page with everything. He listens!
