Going here was more of an experience than just getting tint and ppf. Wasim walked me through the entire process with suggestions and no pressure. I could see the passion and dedication he and his team has for this as well as making customers feel appreciated. I had all of my windows tinted and front ppf and ceramic in the rear of the car. I bought screen protectors for my front and rear screens and asked Wasim if he could assist me with putting them on. Without batting eye, Wasim said he'll get it done (no extra charge). I especially enjoyed watching my Tesla's progress via Instagram. Wasim's team is very good about posting and showing their amazing work. If you are looking for a place to take care of vehicle, feel comfortable about coming here. It really is a fantastic experience.

After purchasing a new 2026 Tesla Model 3 for my wife, I decided to look into paint protection and…read moreceramic coating. My 2018 Model 3 had held up nicely over the years, but I noticed several scratches and paint chips that could have been avoidable with the proper protection. I had no knowledge or experience with PPF or ceramic coating, so I began researching. My research advised that XPEL was the best brand; however, the most important factor was choosing a quality installer! "A mediocre installer putting XPEL on your Tesla can produce a worse result than an exceptional installer putting STEK or LLumar on it."After looking over Yelp reviews, I reached out to four of the "best" PPF installers in San Diego. Wasim of SunDiego Auto Spa responded within one hour. The others responded 4-5 days later. Wasim quickly provided quotes for full PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting. I had to wait nearly a week to get competitive quotes from the other PPF installers, which pushed my project further out than I wanted. Upon obtaining three quotes, I visited each shop to understand their process, environment, staff, and ability to educate me about paint protection. Wasim took time to educate me about the various options, techniques, and software. He also showed me several vehicles with PPF and tint being installed. More importantly, the team was approachable, friendly, and engaging! Happy employees generally result in happy customers. My experience at the other shops felt much less engaging and educational. I was given basic information about pricing and timeline, and had to request a tour of the shop. We settled on XPEL Fusion PPF (full coverage), XPEL Premium Ceramic Coating, and XPEL Prime XR Plus window tint. The price was very competitive, and the results are outstanding! You can see the finish quality on all sections of the vehicle. SunDiego Auto Spa removed badges, trim, and wrapped edges for a virtually invisible application. Other installers simply cut around badges and trim, leaving visible seams. Wasim went above and beyond by also agreeing to install our third-party mud flaps and applying protection to our interior displays as a bonus! I would definitely recommend SunDiego Auto Spa for your project and hope to be bringing a new Rivian R2 to the shop soon!

Thankfully I found GOAT Wraps, because Corey was very helpful and easy to work with, very communicative, and has a great & knowledgeable team at his shop! My husband had just gotten his Cybertruck (which I have to admit is more impressive than I'd expected), but the deal was, it'd have to get wrapped because I couldn't stand the glare of the sun on it (like a stainless steel fridge on wheels, lol). Corey talked me through the process, explained the benefits of certain wraps over others, and got the truck wrapped in time (even a day early) for us to take it on our trip to surprise the family for the 4th of July! It still looks great and has held up perfectly after a long road trip & getting washed. I've honestly got nothing but wonderful things to say about GOAT Wraps & highly recommend them! I mention GOAT Wraps every time a stranger comments on the wrap in parking lots. :) Thanks again Corey & crew!

When I purchased a new car, I immediately came back for a full front PPF and ceramic coating package. I was quoted a 2-day turnaround and promised regular updates, but communication quickly became inconsistent. After multiple delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, responsibility for my vehicle was passed between employees without clear communication. I was eventually offered a complimentary full-body PPF for the inconvenience, but despite agreeing on several deadlines, the work was never completed. One employee completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I later found out he was no longer with the company without my knowledge. At this point, my vehicle still does not have the promised PPF installed, the interior ceramic coating was never done, and the exterior ceramic coating wasn't even completed properly. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I'm honestly at a loss for words. UPDATE: Danny eventually got back in contact with me and finally completed the PPF work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the quality of the install was terrible. I brought the car to multiple reputable PPF shops for inspection and received the same feedback from every single one. Several shops told me it was one of the worst PPF installations they had seen. They also pointed out that my clear coat is now lifting, and warned me that removing the PPF from my bumper will very likely peel the paint completely off, meaning I may now need to have my bumper repainted. After everything I went through with the delays, broken promises, lack of communication, and being completely ghosted, I'm now potentially dealing with paint damage caused by the improper installation itself. I have completely lost trust in this company and am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. I asked for a refund and he is purposely ignoring my messages, I don't think he realizes that I can see when he reads my messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!

They always honor their work and word even with little touch ups or concerns. I have noted that they find the time to work with their clients to address their wants and needs. They performed a full color change PPF on my corvette c8 back in Fall 2024, and I loved their work and team so much I brought my other vehicle the next year. I have always been bit particular with some parts especially minor bubbles, lifting or creases. This is due to my prior experiences with vinyl wrap and detailing, which are expected. The notable thing here is Davey always did his best to listen and acknowledge + perform touch ups to key areas of concern with follow up appointments or whenever I reached out. Even with some conflicting schedules, they did their absolute best to accommodate. In addition to Empire Custom Wraps consistently performing high quality work, they do a variety of services, have a waiting lounge and are easy to get along with. I have also attended some of their hosted events and they were fun, engaging and just a great time. This as well as with many other reasons are why I brought back my other vehicle to them, refer others and always keep them in mind. They always keep their clients at the center of their services, perform amazing work, and most importantly are passionate and communicative. They did an exceptional job on my 2022 Tesla Model 3. It was previously wrapped in 3M Vinyl since June of 2022. I reached out, collaborated with Davey + Natasha regarding a specific color I wanted, and they confirmed they had worked with that material before, and would update me when the PPF arrived so I can plan my drive down from San Jose. Yes I drove both my cars, all the way from the Bay Area to them. That's how great Empire Custom Wraps are! They removed my Tesla's old Vinyl, reported there were no issues with that and performed full color PPF Change. After a few months I drove down for a touch up and despite them being very busy that day, Davey made it a promise that he would do this for me before I drove up. They even invited me to some of their hosted events and ask if I'm in town to bring this car to help showcase their work. This shows how much they care about each vehicle they wrap. The value you get out of a service that they perform is well worth it. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. The work they do is difficult and requires very careful attention to detail, body lines, the type of product they use and so much more.
