I never had to wait for days for a response. He would respond within a few hours on the same day the message was sent which is good considering he is probably busy. I used his services to assemble a child car stroller and a bike. He was very nice and not condescending when I needed help to assemble toddler toys Lol! I was happy he agreed to do it because this wasn't furniture or a traditional request. Before our scheduled appointment, Matt was understanding that I had to actually return one item back to Amazon that I needed him to assemble and request a replacement.
