They did a beautiful job transforming all of these. They worked quickly, showed up reliably, kept us informed, and cleaned up after themselves daily. We were so impressed by this company, we recently hired them again to do some extensive remodeling of our home. This time we had them make some major changes to several areas of our property. These areas included our basement in-law apartment, new vinyl siding, renewing our exterior foundation walls, replacing our kitchen and garage entry doors, installing new windows, and they designed and built a unique and beautiful backyard bridge out of Azek composite deck boards to function as an overpass to our pet kennel. The bridge is super strong and stable and is one of a kind. It adds beauty to our backyard much like a statute would. The work they did in the in-law apartment was meticulous. They reinforced and updated the wall material with fiber-reinforced panels, replaced the shabby French door with a quality one that actually seals out the elements completely, and replaced and added several interior doors and frames that had been worn out or missing. The outside of our house looks amazing with the new siding, modern windows, and painted foundation. Like the in-law apartment, the siding of the house required a lot of detail work these guys had to do, but they accomplished all of it without any trouble. In fact, the extent of our contract was broad, asking them to do a multitude of unrelated things. This company is not only professional, it is composed of talented and skilled people that can do any job you ask of them and do it well. My husband and I already have more work for Kiser and Sons to do on our home next year. As far as we are concerned, they are the best contractors in Central Maryland. We are thankful to have found them, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for hard working, highly skilled, and honest people to get the job done.

After researching many local contractors, we selected Central Maryland Sunrooms. This reputable company is family owned and has served the area for many years. They do their own installation meaning they control the most important part of the job. It's one reason their work is done so well. We hired this company for the following work: (1) to remodel our home-built porch into a modern and beautiful sunroom, (2) to build us a side porch to cover an exit door that had none. (They did such a good job, it is hard to tell it is an add on.), and (3) to replace our bow window and front door with units of higher quality. They did a beautiful job transforming all of these. They worked quickly, showed up reliably, kept us informed, and cleaned up after themselves daily. This company is professional and reasonably priced. In the near future, we will engage their services again to replace all of the home's windows and interior doors. Kiser and Sons are so good at their job we've decided to make them our go-to contractors for all of our future house remodeling needs. We highly recommend them.

Terry is friendly and knowledgeable and although my house is over a 100 years old, he has always known how to perform a project I've given him. He has replaced an old door, installed storm doors, resealed our porch roof, installed a new rubber roof, fixed multiple leaks in the roof, enclosed our back porch into a mudroom (including installing new vinyl windows), installed a fence in the yard, some minor landscaping, replaced cracked plaster ceilings with all new drywall ceilings in 3 rooms, a lot of painting work, and fixed 2 electrical outlets by running new wire. I might be missing some things, but he's practically given our house an overhaul. I've even been able to call Terry and asked for advice for some things around the house I could do myself. I honestly can't say how his rates compare with other handymen, because after the first couple jobs, I felt comfortable enough to go to Terry for any work in the house.
