I can't recommend Modesto /Sanchez highly enough. He returned my call promptly, listened to my description of the problem with my dishwasher door, and set an appointment 2 days later at a mutually convenient time. He is very pleasant and communicative. Before fixing the actual problem, which was relatively simple, he took apart the filter and cleaned out 10 years of accumulated gunk, broken glass, and eggshells. He pulled the dishwasher all the way out and cleaned the area out thoroughly. (We had had a mouse infestation. Yuck!) He was here at least 2 hours altogether. VERY honest person. I picked this company for a washer with a burning smell. Modesto took it apart and after taking his time found no actual problem. My tenant was just overloading the machine.
