We were power washing at the lake and melted a hole in the hose when it hit a hot engine after four hours of wet work. With an hour to go on the job we hit an all stop until we replaced the hose and Sears came to the rescue as we needed two hoses. Walking into the Sears store, it was clean and organized. I was greeted walking in the door and was able to spot what I thought I wanted. Getting the hose and bringing it to the counter I thought we made an expensive mistake until the lady working asked if I was looking for the OEM or looking to upgrade. As we didn't need a higher PSI, the cleark was able to find me exactly what we needed at almost half the cost. I appreciate a knowledgable sales associate, especially when they save me enough money for a trip to the grocery. The lady working was friendly, attentive, and provided me with a second option that better fit our needs. I won't forget the money saving, job solving assistance from the sales associate. This Sears location is not a full Sears department store with clothing, furniture, and clothing; rather a hometown Sears which features tools, appliances, vacumes, and many other products. If you are not sure if they carry something in store, check online or call the store and they will be able to assist you. I had a great experience at this Sears location and got exactly what I needed even when I didn't realize that wasn't what I needed when I walked to the register. I have no problem recommending this store to anyone living in the Angola area or working on their cottages in northeast Indiana.

Rabbits need access to Timothy hay at all times to maintain property dietary health. These Rabbits had none. Rabbits should never be kept in a wire bottom cage. However, if they are, they need a rubber mat or bedding under their feet to avoid sore feet developing. These Rabbits had no bedding or mats. Rabbits need access to food. These Rabbits had no food. I contacted Rural King corporate customer service regarding the conditions of the rabbit cages in this store. They informed me that they are looking into it and will address it with management. We heard lots of good things about Longstreet and decided to visit ourselves…read more We recently ordered a living room set from another store and have been waiting months for it to arrive. After multiple delays, we decided to see what other options were out there. Enter Longstreet Living. We were politely greeted several times by every employee that passed by. Every one made sure we were taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a living room outfit we liked better than the one we ordered. The style, the fabric, the quality and the price, were all perfect. After waiting months for our previously ordered living room set, we thought this new set was worth asking a out . Our salesman understood our dilemma and was willing to sell us the display model to help our situation. Luckily enough there was a second set still boxed up in the back. We opted to have the furniture delivered the following week for a small additional fee. After completing the paperwork, we headed for home. Along the way we discussed what we needed to do to cancel the previous order from the chain store. We hadn't made it halfway home when we got a call from Longstreet. Our salesman wondered if we were heading straight home and offered to deliver the furniture today. He actually said he thought I might like to watch the game this weekend on my new couch, and wondered if we would be around for the delivery!! After waiting months for our previously ordered set, with no delivery in sight, this was a huge surprise. The way all the other stores were delaying deliveries, we never expected to have furniture for a while. Longstreet made new friends that day. I'm definitely going back for a bedroom outfit.
