I had the breakfast ramen, which had caramelized bacon, a jammy egg, and the classic pork bone broth with ramen noodles. Broth was really thick and rich. Bacon was sweet and crispy. The egg was nice and deep yellow. I prefer the wavy noodles over the straight kind, but they were good, nice bite. I will say the stand out is the french toast with roasted soybean powder and matcha soft serve. The toast was crackling crispy on the outside and super gooey and rich inside. The matcha soft serve was the perfect complement to the sweet toast. Soooo good.

The egg is perfectly gooey, and the pork is charred just right. The broth was salty and hearty, and I added some chili oil to it to make it a little spicier. We went here after seeing Wicked around the corner at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, so it was pretty late (about 10:30). They close at 11, so we felt a little bad coming in so late, but it's nearly impossible to find somewhere still serving food in the area. They were so welcoming to us, and brought our food quickly. We were completely finished by 11:15! It was a cold and rainy night, so this really hit the spot. I can only hope that, someday, I'll be able to find such an amazing ramen and service combination a little closer to home.

As it was recommended for a good Japanese ramen place. I would say about half of the tables were full late Monday afternoon. Server comes to take order and got the food in timely manner, about 10 minutes?? Bao Bun - Price of £13.30 for two is too much. This is expensive. Bun was soft and warm, fried chicken inside was good, but it did not justify the price tag. Size could have been bigger or price needs to be cheaper than £13.30. If not for Bao Bun, I would have given five stars. Tonkotsu (The OG) - No complaints. £14.80 feels cheap compared to Bao Buns two for £13.30. Noodles were good, soup had rich flavor from the broth, menma was crunchy, boiled egg was just cooked to perfection, there were even garlic cloves and garlic press at each table to use! I felt like I was in Japan. Payment at the table. Ask for check and one of the staffs will bring the credit card machine for payment.

I'd say the vibe is hipster and definitely leans more touristy than authentic. I found the ramen to be plentiful. The noodles and egg were nice but the broth was flat. It was 26 usd for one bowl. Overall it was ok but not quite worth the price.
