Called again after 2.5 hrs and was transferred to this guy who's said he was the driver who called )but he had a diff accent, plus he was very rude). he said he was 10 mins from me on his v/m (told him I can show him his v/m message saying 30 mins. He said no, he said he was the tow mgr and that bec i didn't p-up he cancelled the tow.??? Who does that, if they say 30 mins, you wait. If they're canceling bec they got v/m which was also questionable, you leave that on the v/m so it's clear. He was a total jerk, he yelled at me and told me to stop cutting him off every time (he lied) and then asked if I still want him to come and be here in 20 mins? I told him NO! Unbelievable!!! So rude and deceitful. I can't believe they stay in business.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic of a job he did. He was so polite and professional. He checked out the situation and knew right away what to do. He was able to get my car off the curb and to a safe parked location until I was able to get my car started again. Sean's professionalism and knowledge made me feel comfortable when he was handling my classic car. He used extra care to protect my tailpipes while loading the car on the bed of his truck. He arrived right on time, within the hour, calling 15 minutes before arrival. He brought a clean flatbed tow vehicle for my SUV and handled everything quickly. I was told that the estimate for a tow driver was 240 minutes. If we're doing the math, that's four hours. I was unhappy, but I had to get to Dublin which was a distance. Apparently the issue was getting someone to accept a call to come 27 miles to come and get me. Every 30 minutes I called them for an update, and every time I called it was a different story. First it was no one would except the call for the distance, then it was someone was dispatched and they were waiting for an update, then there was no driver again. I ended up waiting four an a half hours. Why did I wait this long, because I was trying to give them a chance and I was trying to avoid the cost of a commercial driver. The good, my solution; I finally pulled the trigger and decided to call for a commercial tow, knowing that I could get reimbursed by AAA (which takes at least 30 days, by the way, for a service that I pay for that they were unable to provide for me). I found Santa Rita Tow. Jake was the on-call driver that night, and I told him it I knew it was a longshot, but would he be willing to come to San Jose to pick me up. Less than five minutes later he had agreed to it, given me my price, and I saw him about 35 minutes later. He was extremely professional, very personable, and just really nice. It was such a pleasure to have a pleasant ride home after such a rotten day. I'm very grateful for this company, and if my truck should need it again, these guys will be the first ones I call. And while it's only a car, its my car. I ran into an incident over the weekend that left me on the side of Highway 24. I called my insurance company and they contacted their contracted company, American Tow. I was met by a gentlemen with a flat-bed truck. Knowing full-well that some tow companies won't even look at your vehicle if its lowered, I became weary. Fast forward to a few short moments later and my car is on the back of this flatbed, with not any close instance of trouble. I was impressed (as well as relieved!). Jonathan was able to get my car into my garage, bypassing my short 3ft, steep driveway, without issue. I couldn't be more pleased with his services and tact. I explained our experience to VANESSA, the secretary with the blue in her hair, about our customer experience and expressed we were very unsatisfied customers and had never had such a poor customer-service experience. While sitting in the lobby, I told my boyfriend I refused to pay for another Uber and it was up to the company to provide an ounce of customer service. Immediately I hear Vanessa start yelling from behind me. "You know what, now you're really starting to annoy me. I didn't get your car towed, YOU DID. NOT ME. YOU GOT YOUR CAR TOWED! THIS IS ON YOU."
