Go with Insight Peat control instead. They're cheeper and will actually take care of the problem. 6…read moremonths I had NW Pest coming to my house for mice and by month 7 I was still hearing them. I was being kept awake at night because the scratching was so loud. I was given numerous excuses as to why he couldn't go into my crawl space and attic. His son is the one that would show up to refill the traps but everything else needed to be done by the his father. The majority of the time was out of work with either a shoulder or hip injury. By month 7 I was fed up and needed someone to do something other than refilling bait stations. When I called him to tell him, he yelled at me and called me impatient. Now I'm paying $5000 to have my entire crawl space cleaned, sanitized, and reinsulated. I had just done a remodel a year prior so the damage was done in the time waiting for him to figure out how to take care of the issue. I had Insight Pest Control come in and they were able to take care of the mice in a matter of weeks. They also looked at the bait stations that were left by him (which he never picked up and are still at my house) and told me they were not set up correctly. Ha also told me the entrance that I saw a possum go in was not possible to access my crawl space. The people doing the clean out confirmed that was the entrance the possum was using to get in and sealed it. I'm all for working with small businesses but he crossed the line when he raised his voice at me. I was willing to give many passes. Like having to remind him multiple times to install my crawl space door after already paying for it. He also charged me for a month of service and didn't show up for. Three months later and I'm still getting emails for appointments and follow ups saying that the appointment has been completed. I've checked my account and thankfully I'm not being charged but now I'm wondering how many times did he not show up to my house and I was just paying for empty bait traps.

He was friendly and professional. He even came back a second time after I saw a few more ants. Saturday yellow jackets had come through my ceiling and were swarming into my home. I called several places before finding Jonas, and they were all booked for the holiday weekend. Jonas rearranged at least one appointment and was at my place in just over an hour after speaking to him on the phone. He was the only one that recognized that was an emergency- at least to me. It took us a bit to recognize each other, but he remembered me. Once again, he was friendly and professional. I am happy that he now has his own company. I'm keeping his card and sharing my experience with neighbors. Should I need pest control in the future, you can bet I will call Jonas first! Thanks, Jonas!

He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. Ask him to tell you the story about the mouse he saved lol. I highly recommend him.

They showed up and set traps and told me they would be back to check them in a week. 10 days later they still hadn't showed and hadn't called to let me know they weren't going to show so I had to call and find out what was going on. They arranged to get someone out later in the week. I asked the tech when he'd be back and was told I had to call the office to schedule the next visit. Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. Attic had been ignored for years. It was one of those places nobody really thinks about until…read moresomething feels off in the house. Lately the upstairs rooms always felt dusty and the temperature kept changing a lot, cold at night and warm during the day. Someone suggested checking the attic and once it was opened it was pretty obvious the insulation was very old and the space needed a real cleaning. Team came out and took their time looking around first. They explained what they were seeing and why the old insulation was not really doing its job anymore. There was a lot of buildup, old insulation, dust, and just years of stuff sitting in the attic. Once they started removing everything it was kind of surprising how much came out. Whole attic was cleaned out properly before anything new went in. They also pointed out a few small openings where air was getting in and sealed those while they were up there. After that the new insulation was installed and the difference started to show pretty quickly. Upstairs already feels more comfortable and the house keeps the temperature much better. Air feels cleaner too, which was something that was noticed almost right away. One thing that stood out was how careful they were during the process. They covered areas they were walking through and cleaned everything before leaving so there was no mess left behind. Attic cleaning and insulation is probably one of those things people forget about until it becomes a problem. Looking back it probably should have been done earlier, but really glad it finally got taken care of. House feels better overall and it just gives peace of mind knowing the attic is clean and properly insulated now. Really good experience from start to finish.
